The Senior FF&E Specialist supports the backend of all new store construction tasks. This position purchases Panda store equipment, furniture fixture, building material and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures. The Senior FF&E Specialist prepares routine bid specifications, issues bid requests, reviews quotations, interprets purchasing procedures to departments and vendors, acting as a liaison between user departments and vendors. This position manages vendor relations and conducts the training to internal and external teams. The Senior FF&E Specialist assists Director and Manager of FF&E to organize/update specifications and catalogs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Closely monitors each assigned project progress. Generates and issues purchase order (PO) and Change Order (CO) for owner supplied FF&E in time as policy and procedure requires, providing highly accurate purchase orders.
• Track purchase orders and follows up with supply vendors on FF&E availability and production schedule.
• Coordinate and support equipment deliveries, installation, and field support to the Project Management team.
• Support Operations with equipment inquiries.
• Assist with the close-out process to get FF&E contracts (PO) closed on time and within budget.
• Collect all necessary documents to close out the contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors, general contractors, and Project Managers on all FF&E related matters.
• Resolve any disputed payment request and service requests timely as policy procedure required.
• Manage the relationship with the vendors for alignment in Panda's philosophy and growth plans.
• Evaluate current and potential vendors in coordination with Design, Construction, and Supply Chains teams based on detailed specifications.
• Investigate complex inquiries related to vendors and fulfills requests from internal and external business contacts.
• Analyze project data to determine whether project is within budget and timeline and informs Project Management team.
• Train new FF&E associates and vendors on process and Panda management system.
• Assist FF&E Director or Manager for development equipment manual and training materials.
• Update and oversee distribution of the manual.

Your Background and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or related field preferred

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Composite Assembly Technician to join us in producing an exciting new class of all electric personal aircraft. You will be responsible for following current processes and specifications to support the bonding, mechanical assembly, modification and repairs of composite airframe structures. You will use fixtures, molds and other industry specific tools to ensure the assembly is done properly. You have the ability to work from digital work instructions and engineering drawings as well as assisting cross functional teams to resolve problems and develop techniques for special projects or programs. Your mission is to keep safety at the forefront of everything you do while fabricating top level assemblies. The successful candidate is a highly knowledgeable and experienced technical person who has direct hands-on experience developing and building composite aircraft, from initial concept articles through delivery of complete aircraft assemblies to flight test. In this role, the candidate must be proactive, forward thinking and self motivated with the ability to inspire and lead by influence a team of like-minded personnel.

What you will do

• Learn the build process through on the job training and digital procedures.

• You will set up composite parts for fabrication by reading and interpreting drawings, planning, understanding tooling and materials, sequence of operations, and techniques required for fabrication.

Compensation Analyst

On-site: Pasadena, CA

Compensation: $35 to $45 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. This role plays a critical part in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance across all compensation practices.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of compensation experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on knowledge of PayScale (and ideally Mercer or ). Experience supporting multi-state organizations or construction/engineering/project-based environments is considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Analysis & Market Benchmarking

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using PayScale software

• Evaluate the external competitiveness and internal equity of compensation programs

• Assist with salary structure development, maintenance, and job leveling

• Maintain job descriptions and support job evaluation processes

Compensation Program Support

• Support annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and promotional adjustments

• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation recommendations

• Analyze compensation trends and prepare data-driven reports for leadership

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field

• 3–5 years of compensation analysis or related HR experience

• Strong working knowledge of PayScale software

• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CCA (Certified Compensation Analyst)

• Experience with Mercer, , or additional benchmarking tools

• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries

• Experience supporting multi-state or multi-location organizations
