Key Responsibilities: Serve as a CST with direct experience on at least three distinct construction projects.
Supervise CST personnel (Grades 3–4) as warranted by task requirements or Project Management Plans (PMP).
Report complex security issues to the GTM and SSM.

Key Responsibilities (Task-Focused)
- Active Inspection: Spend 80% of the shift on the floor performing and auditing IQC, PQC, and FQC tasks. Directly verify bolt torque, marking presence, and cable connectivity.
