The Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of our eCommerce platforms. Purpose:

- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs to support field activities
- Provide on‑site technical support and training to customers
- Document service activities, system changes, and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA and site‑specific safety standards
