Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying drawings per specifications and customer requirements. Prepare/maintain accurate catalog drawings and digital library for website. Work closely with Division Engineer, Sales, Production and Quality Control to ensure the product is built according to the latest part or shop drawings.

Job Locations

• This position will be based out of our office in Littleton, CO.

Job Responsibilities

• Create Shop Drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting
• Create special manufacturing drawings for immediate production
• Adhere to customer (Internal and External) volumes, timelines and expectations
• Prepare, modify, and maintain accurate catalog drawings from existing and new products for production and Quality Control
• Prepare product assembly or shop drawings for existing/new products as needed for sales staff and special drawings for plant projects as needed
• Update/maintain digital database, i.e. Autodesk vault, cloud server, hard-copies and engineering documents
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience with AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor
• High school diploma or equivalent required/Associates Degree preferred
• Must possess the ability to read and interpret sketches, construction, and civil plans
• Ability to review and understand contract drawings and specifications
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office
• Basic mathematical skills
• Must be detail orientated and able to handle several projects at once with minimum help or guidelines from department from start to finish

Compensation

• Salary ranges from $27-$34/hr + 5% annual bonus
• Vacation hours of two weeks per year

Product Delivery Manager – Experience Operations

(Supporting UX Research and Operational Transformation Projects)

6-12 month Contract to Hire

$55-65/hr

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Delivery Manager to join our Experience Operations team. In this role, you will be a key team member supporting the UX Research team and the broader Experience Design organization, ensuring the successful delivery of user-centered design, research, and operational transformation initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management within creative or user experience environments, who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and excels at driving initiatives from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for UX research, design, and operational transformation initiatives, from initial scoping and planning through execution, delivery, and retrospective.

· Partner closely with UX research, design, product, and engineering stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with Experience Operations strategic priorities and business objectives.

· Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

· Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to project teams, fostering accountability, momentum, and high-quality outcomes.

· Implement and oversee change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs and organizational priorities.

· Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.

· Support operational transformation projects for the Experience Design organization, including:

o Leading and facilitating AI adoption initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into workflows.

o Planning and coordinating an annual Customer Experience (CX) conference, managing logistics, content, and stakeholder engagement.

o Supporting employee-led activities and programs designed to improve the employee experience across the team, such as engagement initiatives, professional development, and wellness programs.

Required Skills and Experience:

· 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong preference for supporting design, UX, or research teams.

· Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a talent for building trust and alignment across diverse teams.

· Experience leading scrum ceremonies, agile workflows, and managing Jira dashboards.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, , MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

· Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

Position: Specialized Product Manager III

Location: Denver, CO

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full product lifecycle for Cisco-based managed network services, including:
• Continued development of existing products
• Introduction of new offerings
• Sunsetting of legacy solutions
• Drive development and roadmap execution for:
• Routing, switching, and managed Wi-Fi (Meraki and Cisco platforms)
• Enterprise cameras and IoT sensors
• Emerging solutions such as Cisco AI for Networking and AI-driven operationalization
• Serve as the product lead within the Managed Services group, acting as an “extra set of hands” to accelerate execution and delivery
• Translate end-user experience needs into clear product requirements and priorities
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, operations, security, sales engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Ensure products are secure, scalable, and operationally efficient
• Develop and maintain product documentation, business cases, status reports, budgets, and presentations
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while driving milestones and ensuring effective change management
• Establish and execute communication plans with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 -7years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a closely related role with specialized technical skills
• Strong background in data networking (not voice)
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking from an end-user and CPE perspective
• Experience working in or with a service provider / managed services environment
• Solid business acumen with the ability to balance technical decisions with commercial impact
• Comfort working with Cisco networking portfolios (including Meraki)
• Strong understanding of security considerations in managed network services
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word
