The Senior Design Drafter will be responsible for developing detailed engineering drawings and 3D models to support the design and manufacturing of advanced mechanical systems. 20+ years of drafting or design experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of drafting practices, dimensioning, and geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
Proficiency in mechanical CAD (MCAD) tools

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with all functional disciplines to discuss design, drawing or fabrication requirements.
- Leading the graphical evolution of new products from layout to drawings including correctness of proportion, arrangement of internal components, necessary dimensional information and material and/or process suggestions.
- Producing final drawings or 3D/Solid models independently or in conjunction with others.
- Utilizing the Computer Aided Design (CAD) System to produce a variety of drawings and layouts to enable better visualization, clearance checks, and provide manufacturing information for Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) operations.
- Support Engineering, Sales, and Program Management for bid and proposal efforts by providing layouts and assemblies in an expedient manner including collecting all Drafting submittal data into a complete package ready for transmittal to the customer.
- Organizing and planning of the number and types of drawings required to represent the design, exercising technical cognizance over Drafting personnel when assigned, checking detail drawings for completeness and accuracy and general follow through on product design.

Requirements:
- 20+ years of drafting/design experience in a manufacturing environment
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of good drafting practices and techniques, machine shop practices, part fabrication methods, mathematics through descriptive geometry, dimensioning techniques, and geometric tolerancing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical CAD (MCAD) tools is required. Proficiency with Siemens NX and/or Teamcenter PLM is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance Leadership & Team Management
- Direct, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team while providing coaching and training to strengthen technical capabilities

4. Responsible for setting up and managing systems for preventative maintenance for the manufacturing
operation.
5. Recruits and develops staff to provide the necessary skills to support the maintenance responsibilities for
the plant.
6. Continues to access skill levels and recommends developmental activities as appropriate.
7. Assesses systems for re-engineering or troubleshooting at both hands-on levels and engineering levels.
8. Participates actively as a member of plant management team. Provides necessary support for the other plant functions/activities as determined by the Assistant Maintenance Manager.
9. Continually evaluates the capabilities of the packaging & production Maintenance department relating to equipment, tools and other items necessary to provide a satisfactory level of service to the plant.
10. Recommend upgrades as appropriate.
11. Exercises project management responsibilities including coordination of contractor activities, communication to/among participants, budgeting and reporting if project has been delegated to them.
12. Continually analyzes spending with the Maintenance Manager/Plant Engineer. Ensure proper documentation is provided for justification.
13. Promotes employee relations within the department.
14. Proactively communicates and responds to employee questions and concerns.
15. Develop a variety of systems and methods to measure effectiveness of effort.
16. Continuously seeks new ways of improving performance and controlling costs.
17. Reports problems and/or concerns to the Assistant Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Manager, and/or Plant Engineer.
18. Plans and schedules manpower consistent with production requirements. Continuously evaluates manpower to attempt to reduce labor costs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Technical degree in Technical/Engineering discipline preferred.
* Dairy or other food related experience preferred.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work required.
* Personal qualities of tact, dependability, and ability to work well with others required.
* Strong communication abilities, written and verbal.
* Knowledge of computer software.
* Ability to administrate Maintenance Department projects and run projects effectively with attention to budget and scope as assigned by Maintenance Management.
* Ability to assist Maintenance Manager/Assistant Manager in adherence to department budget issues.
Education and/or Experience:
* High School Diploma/GED required.
* Technical degree in Technical/Engineering discipline preferred.

Seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of ERP across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and finance functions. This role is responsible for full lifecycle ERP implementation including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, data migration, integration management, training, and post-go-live stabilization. The ERP Implementation Manager serves as the cross-functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical resources to ensure successful adoption and long-term system scalability.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end ERP Implementation including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Conduct detailed business process mapping across engineering, production, supply chain, inventory, quality, and finance
• Translate operational requirements into workflows, modules, and system configurations
• Manage system integrations including PLM, CRM, MES, WMS, or third-party tools
• Oversee data migration strategy including data cleansing, validation, and master data governance
• Establish role-based permissions, approval workflows, and internal controls
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional accountability
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external consultants, and NetSuite partners
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation efforts
• Develop training materials and facilitate user training sessions
• Monitor post-go-live performance and drive stabilization initiatives
• Identify system optimization opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and operational efficiency
• Establish ERP governance standards including change management and documentation controls
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools aligned with operational KPIs
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of implementation or enterprise systems experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including BOMs, production orders, inventory management, procurement, and financial controls
• Experience managing full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional leadership experience
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, and workflow automation
• Advanced understanding of internal controls and system governance
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience implementing ERP in high-mix or engineered-to-order manufacturing
• Exposure to NPI workflows and engineering change management processes
• Experience with advanced reporting tools and KPI dashboards
• PMP or formal project management certification
