Your Role: Product Developer 

As Product Developer, you will play a critical role in translating design vision into premium, production-ready garments. Key Responsibilities 

Product Development Process

• Act as daily point of contact for development vendors and raw material suppliers, maintaining composure and clarity under stress. 
• Track fabric and trim sourcing; request submits and approvals based on calendar deadlines, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy. 
• Negotiate pricing and minimums with vendors to balance margin and quality expectations, using creative problem-solving to achieve optimal outcomes.

Calendar & Budget Management 

• Own and maintain the development calendar; ensure timely approvals and handoffs to Production, even when facing competing demands.

• Maintain organized records of development status, sample flow, and cost changes for maximum efficiency. 

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of product development experience in premium men’s apparel, with a focus on woven shorts, woven pants, woven tops, sweaters, knits, and UV shirts. 
• Proven expertise in developing high-quality, heritage men’s apparel. 
• Experience with domestic apparel development, including sourcing and production with U.S.-based vendors and factories required. Experience working in the greater-Los Angeles area strongly preferred. 
• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and grading for the above categories.

Job Summary

The Senior Platform Architect will lead the technical architecture, design, and modernization of large-scale, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platforms built on Azure and the .NET stack. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and development of end-to-end enterprise solutions, including high-level and low-level design documents and architecture diagrams.
• Technology & Platform Selection: Select the appropriate technology stack, leveraging expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) to build robust, scalable, and cost-efficient applications.
• Cloud Migration & Integration: Drive cloud transformation initiatives, including migrating on-premises applications to the cloud and integrating complex systems.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with the regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, security standards) and implement robust security measures, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, conducting code and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with architectural principles and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Evaluate new and emerging technologies, conducting proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to validate assumptions and drive continuous improvement in products, processes, and tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a solution architecture or a lead engineering role within financial services or a related regulated industry.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale IT projects with hands-on experience in Java-based systems.
• Demonstrated experience running production applications in public cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java and Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot).
• Strong DB Design (RDBMS, NoSQL) abilities
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka), and RESTful API design.
• Experience with cloud services (compute, networking, databases, security) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work through ambiguous requirements in an agile environment.

Main purpose of the Senior Data Science Analyst role:

Use a diverse skill sets across math and computer science, dedicated to solving complex and analytically challenging problems here at Revolve.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Partner closely with business leaders in Marketing, Product, Operations, Buying team to plan out valuable data science projects
• Conduct complex analysis and build models to uncover key learning form data, leading to appropriate strategy recommendations.
• Work closely with the DBA to improve BI’s infrastructure, architect the reporting system, and invest in time for technical proof of concept.
• Work closely with the business intelligence and tech team to define, automate and validate the extraction of new metrics from various data sources for use in future analysis
• Work alongside business stakeholders to apply our findings and models in website personalization, product recommendations, marketing optimization, to fraud detection, demand forecast, CLV prediction.

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Outstanding analytical skills, with strong academic background in statistics, math, science or technology.
• High comfort level with programming, ability to learn and adopt new technology with short turn-around time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master Degree is required
• 3+ years of DS and ML experience in a strong analytical environment.

• Familiar with statistical and ML methodology: causal inference, logistic regression, tree-based models, clustering, model validation and interpretations.
• Experience with AB Testing and pseudo-A/B test setup and evaluations
• Advanced SQL experience, query optimization, data extract
• Ability to build, validate, and productionize models

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen
• Experience in deploying end to end Machine Learning models
• 5+ years of DS and ML experience preferred
• Advanced SQL and Python, with query and coding optimization experience
• Experience with E-commerce marketing and product analytics is a plus
