Job Functions:
- Write, execute, and support method validation, development, verification, and transfer protocols and reports for OTC drug products
- Write, execute, and support bulk hold studies, cleaning validation, and recovery study protocols and reports as required.
- Independently perform HPLC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished OTC drug products, stability samples, investigational samples, validations, and studies.

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC systems.
- Perform routine instrument maintenance, column performance evaluations, and readiness checks.
- Maintain instrument logs, usage records, and calibration documentation.
- Interface with vendors and service providers for instrument service and qualification support.
- Ensure all QC activities comply with 21 CFR Parts 210/211, OTC monographs, USP/NF, and internal SOPs.
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous laboratory documentation in compliance with ALCOA+ principles.
- Author and revise SOPs, analytical test methods, and protocols.
- Support FDA inspections and third-party audits for OTC drug and cosmetic operations.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior QC analysts.
- Support analyst qualification and method proficiency assessments.
- Serve as the QC analytical point of contact for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Method validation and development experience - developing analytical test methods, writing and executing method validations
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on analytical chemistry and method development experience in a GMP-regulated QC laboratory.
- Strong experience supporting OTC drug and/or cosmetic product testing.
- Demonstrated success in a high-throughput, release-driven QC environment.
- Experience with method validation and development, OOS investigations, and audit preparation and response.
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections, cGMP audits, and method or process validation.
- Strong working knowledge of FDA OTC regulations, USP/NF methods, and ICH stability guidelines.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

- Experience with parallel synthesis, high-throughput experimentation, or automated reaction platforms preferred.
- Proven ability to design and execute robust, scalable multi-step syntheses.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis with Military Service and DoD Agency representatives using deep knowledge of Traffic Management, Sealift, Air Transportation, and Deployment/Redeployment regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain use cases, BPMN process models, functional designs, and supporting documentation.
- Support backlog refinement, including development of epics, features, and user stories aligned to validated operational outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Summary:
Responsible for supply chain functions, facilitate product forecasting, demand planning, and logistics activities for related product types. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plans, organizes and provides reasonable accommodations that include academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and services to students with disabilities – physical, psychological, learning, health-related, and neurological disabilities (e.g., mobility impairments, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, learning disorders, hearing impairments, visual impairments, traumatic brain injuries, and epilepsy)
- Conducts initial interviews with students; keeping accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date notes/records related to students; reviews documentation and evaluative reports; prepares letters of accommodation; evaluating eligibility for services; conducts follow-up meetings with students; organizing reasonable accommodations, services and auxiliary aids for students; and makes referrals to appropriate services or agencies
- Consults with faculty and staff regarding the implementation of reasonable accommodations and services; develops and presents disability awareness programs for the community
- Collaborates with other offices and outside agencies, as needed and appropriate
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the related fields: Counselor Education, Special Education, Counseling Psychology, Education, or a related field
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a disability services office in higher education in one of the related fields: Counselor Education, Special Education, Counseling Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Certification in Rehabilitation Counseling Education would be beneficial in working with various students served by the office as well as experience in learning disabilities consultation
- Requires strong computer skills and effective use of various software and hardware programs used in a multi-function disability office including but not limited to:
- Database systems
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Email and social media tools

What You Will Be Doing:
- Negotiates pricing and other terms of purchase under supervision. Manage none strategic suppliers (none QFM)< $5M. Quotes materials; procures materials, components, equipment and services at the lowest cost consistent with consideration of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need. Expedites and ensures the timely receipt of materials.
- Works with engineering and MPM or SCM to recommend new suppliers. Issues RFQs, analyzes proposals, negotiates prices and delivery, issues and/or adjusts purchase orders in a timely manner. Follows-up on orders, verifies delivery, approves payment, and maintains necessary records. Negotiates vendor contracts, as appropriate. Follows purchasing business processes.
- Leads purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
- Leads problem resolution for material related accounting and receiving issues
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Understanding of supply chain processes and purchasing strategies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Familiarity with contract management and vendor relations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Significant experience in purchasing or procurement, often ranging from 3 to 5 years.
- Experience in a similar industry or with specific products relevant to the hiring organization may be required.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field is typically preferred with 3 to 5 years of practical experience
