Responsibilities:
* Removing trash, cigarette butts, debris, and graffiti, both behind the scenes and in Guest's view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Sweeping Park streets, walkways, and attraction areas with broom and dustpan while continuously walking your assigned section.
* Hosing down back areas and patios when necessary.
* Wiping down all trash receptacles, tabletops and counters in assigned section.
* Giving guest directions if needed and answering any question.
* Removing and replacing new partially filled liners inside trash receptacles.
* Transporting trash from the trashcans to the park compactor areas and separating materials as necessary to adhere with park recycling rules.
* Preparing restrooms for park opening each day.
* Cleaning up bio spills using appropriate materials.
* Enforcing all Six Flags policies.
* Assisting in other areas of the Park Services department.
* Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Pay Rate: $7.50-$9.50/hr.
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 15 years of age
* Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools.
· Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary. Performs evaluations of alternatives to improve cost and / or reliability of equipment.
· Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.
· Works with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance procedures.
· May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.
· Conforms and complies with customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes
· Documents work performed in service reports, applicable management systems, and written explanation regarding observation and collected equipment performance data.
· Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams. Performs expert functions as a part of training and development.
· Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.
· Utilizes advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Observes trends and makes recommendations.
· Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.
· Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:
Essential KSAs:
· High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
· Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 12 years of experience in specific industry.
· Possesses comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems. Can analyze the problem, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs.
· Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.

Experienced collector for Traditional Medicare with billing experience and EPIC knowledge a plus. Knowledge of the Medicare DDE system and able to navigate within that system. Experience correcting claims returned from the provider directly in the DDE system.
Job duties include:
- Analyze payer underpayments, variances, and denials. Escalate trends, make comprehensive suggestions, and file professional appeals according to our contractual agreements and UT Southwestern policy.
- Responsible for outbound calls and/or status inquiries via payer's website validating receipt of medical claims and adjudication status within established timeframes.
- Display competency and ability to work within client based, research, and UTSW special arrangements.
- Be knowledgeable on all payer types and effectively work on special projects for specific initiatives for account resolution projects.
- Make necessary adjustments as required by plan reimbursement.
- Function as a departmental liaison for billing and collections support for internal and external customers, as required.

General Summary:

Member Service Representatives are responsible to:
- Promote and sell memberships and services
- Learn to give quality tours according to the goals and interests of our members
- Scan member cards and greet by name
- Build relationships and retain members
- Answer member questions in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner
- Attend paid trainings and meetings and learn new skills
- Work with a team to make a lasting difference in your community
- Light cleaning, washing/folding towels, making coffee, stocking cups and creamer, and making our members feel valued and appreciated.
- Schedule will be approximately 10 to 29 hours per week depending on the needs of the branch

This job is responsible for resolving routine client requests through calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center environment. Key responsibilities include working in a challenging environment, ensuring accuracy, using logic, multi-tasking, toggling between systems, and communicating resolutions while delivering a great client experience. Job expectations include providing seamless service delivery by answering client questions, resolving problems, providing appropriate account maintenance, and looking for opportunities to deepen relationships through digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies client needs and recommends solutions when fraud has been identified
- Records data captured during client interactions accurately
- Identifies and escalates through appropriate channels for items requiring risk review, exception handling, or further analysis
- Reads frequent updates and learning materials, often while on the call, and implements into conversations with speed and accuracy
- Complies with industry regulations, bank procedures, integrity levels of the department's system, and financial controls
Required Qualifications:
