As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will manage and lead the day-to-day restaurant operation with emphasis on cast and guest satisfaction. You will provide leadership, support, motivation and development of your cast members creating a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability, while providing a quality guest experience. In your role, you will monitor and ensure exceptional service and food quality and presentation. You will also develop and nurture partnerships with resort partners to provide a seamless guest experience. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will meet or exceed financial goals and ensure operational compliance with loss prevention standards and will adhere to State of Hawaii and company food safety standards.
This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
This position is Full-Time and will be working onsite at our beautiful Aulani resort on Oahu, Hawaii.

Job Summary:
Oversee the daily duties of clinicians to ensure compliance with local, state, and Federal Regulations, as well as CMG, LP policy and procedures. Work collaboratively with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and quality of care for patients.
Essential Functions:
* Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and regulations and to do so within the allocated budget for the clinic
* Keep Colonial Management Group, LP informed, through the Program Director or Regional Director, of any significant treatment events which occur in their respective area and make prudent recommendations to address the same.
* Provide or assist with quarterly quality assurance program reviews.
* Assist in achieving and maintaining three-year accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies.
* Provide reports as requested.
* Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required.
* Reviews, signs, and dates all appropriate documentation required.
* Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
* Reports patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required.
* Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
* Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
* Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
* Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA)
* Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
* Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.
* Participates in all staff meetings

Responsibilities:- Regularly inspecting behind-the-scenes and guest facing areas for cleanliness and safety concerns
- Continuously sweep park’s midways and attraction areas using a broom, collecting debris and trash with a dustpan while walking through the assigned section
- Sanitizing and cleaning all park fixtures, including but not limited to: trash receptacles, sinks, toilets, mirrors, stalls, lights, vents, counters, tables, walls and floors within an assigned area
- Engaging with guests by greeting them and addressing any questions and concerns
- Emptying and replacing liners in trash receptacles and restock toiletries as needed
- Transporting waste to designated compactor areas, adhering to the park’s waste policies
- Responding promptly to and clean-up of any biohazard or vomit spills using appropriate materials and PPE
- Assisting in other areas of the Park Services Department
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies, including health and safety protocols
- Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to support Six Flags New England
