About the Opportunity
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a well-established healthcare organization in Fort Worth. This role supports the compensation function within a collaborative, high-performing HR team and partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and department leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices.
The compensation team currently consists of 3 Compensation Consultants and 1 Senior Compensation Consultant, with a strong focus on data integrity, partnership, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Partner with departments and leadership on compensation decisions, ensuring alignment with market data, internal equity, and organizational objectives.
- Analyze market competitiveness of compensation programs through research, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct job evaluations, job leveling, and FLSA analysis for new and existing roles.
- Prepare, review, and update job descriptions using benchmark job data and market documentation.
- Participate in local, regional, and national compensation surveys (including healthcare-focused surveys), preparing and validating data submissions.
- Provide consultative support to managers regarding market pricing, role reevaluations, and pay recommendations.
- Manage assigned compensation-related initiatives and ongoing operational needs.
- Build strong working relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders to deliver timely and accurate compensation guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of compensation experience.
- Strong working knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and internal equity analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Compensation experience within a hospital, healthcare system, or medical environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job architecture, and market pricing.
- Experience using compensation surveys such as Mercer, Culpepper, Radford, Willis Towers Watson, or healthcare-specific surveys.
- Advanced Excel skills, including market pricing, modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and department leaders.

A Clinical Case Educator requires the credentials of a Registered Nurse. In this role, a registered nurse is passionate and is committed to provide a high level of patient care and counseling patients enrolled in the Medication Therapy Program. Cary, NC – Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST and one night per week rotating to work 11-8pm.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel and educate new/existing patients on specialty drug therapies.
Adherence to contracted and accrediting regulations as indicated by drug specification.
Complete, thorough, and accurate documentation utilizing good documentation practice and compliance to industry standards and regulations.
Discuss potential/current side effects with patients to educate about treatment alternatives and facilitate ongoing therapy adherence.
Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to the manufacturer, FDA, and/or other governing authorities.
Specialty drug verification and education. Provider/patient conduit to support therapeutic longevity.
Adherence to patient management programs through call cadence schedules, medication management programing, drug counseling and provider collaboration.
Maintenance of patient demographic records, medical history, and records in accordance with federal HIPAA standards.
Collaboration with Pharmacy Support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of specialty drugs.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
Active RN license in NC/TX.
Education
Associates, Bachelor or higher degree in Nursing or accredited nursing diploma.
Critical Skills
4+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of acute.
Experience in Oncology or other specialties.
Registered Nurse with current unrestricted compact state license or primary NC licensure. TX RN license is required for residents of TX.
Ability to obtain licensing in all states and United States territories serviced within 3 months of employment through Biologics supported programming (minimal application guidelines apply.)
Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and web-based programs.
Effective orally and in writing communication, experience with motivational interviewing preferably.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret practice standards, professional journals, technical procedures and government standards and regulations.

- Coordinate shipment timing and production documentation as needed
- Partner with warehouse, marketing, and wholesale teams to support product launch readiness
- Provide clear product documentation and specifications prior to warehouse intake
- Communicate development updates and production timelines across internal teams
- Maintain organized and accessible development documentation and sample tracking
- Ensure product revisions and approvals are clearly documented
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce production errors
- Review production documentation prior to payment approvals when applicable
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Design, Apparel Production or a related field
- 2+ Years experience in apparel product development, design support, or production coordination
- Familiarity with factory communication and development timelines
- Strong understanding of garment construction and apparel development processes
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who can take initiative while collaborating closely with leadership
