McKinley Paper and Packaging Company, an international Paper and Corrugated Packaging company is seeking candidates for Customer Service Representative opportunities at our fast-paced Corrugated Container manufacturing facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

This position is an extension of the Sales Team and has responsibility for supporting an assigned Customer account base as we add to our talent in Customer Service. The CSR will assist sales by maintaining accounts while developing strong Customer relationships to support and promote current and future business opportunities.

Position Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:

• Be the primary point of contact for the Customer and the Outside Sales Rep for order placement and coordination with the facility production group on a daily basis by various means of communication
• Develop strong, internal working relationships with production team, design and shipping to support and promote efficient, timely, and accurate response to Customer expectations
• Process orders and new items received from Customers and Sales Reps using various applications.
• Enter information into estimating system or request product quotes, as applicable, to provide job costing to management for analysis and pricing.
• Track orders, initiate changes and expediting orders per the Customer or Sales Rep requests and communicating appropriately.
• Initiate outside manufacturing orders, as appropriate, communicating all necessary details and handling follow-up as required.
• Address Customer complaints and questions seeking aid from sales and management as necessary.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of work including product pricing for invoicing

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a corrugated paper manufacturing environment is required.
• Superb customer service, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and administrative skills; preferably experience using SAP and Amtech.
• Knowledge of corrugated manufacturing process is preferred.
• Some college and/or Sales or Customer Service coursework and/or equivalent experience,
• 4-year degree is preferred.

WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A 2ND SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR AT NEW OXFORD CONTAINER FACILITY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set-up rails, print, and die cut section on Flexo accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.

Inspect all dies before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.

Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are in place and tightly secured.

Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print. Check rolls for damage.

Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.

Assist Operator, Assistant Operator and Utility with job duties on the machine.

Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data.

Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs.

Complete annual food packaging safety training.

Report any discovered food packaging safety risks or concerns.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

Adhere to production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Report any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma/GED.

Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends.

Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

6 months experience working on a Flexo machine.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Ability to work within a team and effectively communicate with members.

12 hour days or 12 hour nights

SUMMARY: Assist operator in operation of the press.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Support operator's efforts to meet budgeted targets.
• Hang substrates on press.
• Know register control system.
• Understand all SOP's and to be trained in them.
• Run press to approved specifications.
• Properly fill out all paperwork, daily reports, final release, consumption reports, and roll tickets.
• Know and follow all safety rules.
• Prep print carriages.
• Make up doctor blades.
• Actively participates in safety programs and makes safety observations.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Plant Director is responsible for the overall planning and execution of plant-wide operations including manufacturing productivity and efficiencies,  budgeting and financial performance, quality and safety systems, food safety initiatives, warehousing and distribution, sales support, and regulatory compliance.  Leading through a team of leaders and individual contributors, the Plant Director II establishes, communicates, and drives the implementation of production related goals by maintaining a culture that is aligned with ePac’s core values including our “ePac Why”.  This position is also responsible for oversight of building design, equipment install and maintenance, hiring, support/training and managing of the ongoing manufacturing facility. The position ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned plant location, including all functions of facility and operations, including pre-production activities such as production planning.
• Monthly/weekly reporting to ePac Holdings on deliverables.
• Develops and manages ePac quarterly management deck.
• Establishes and adheres to key performance indicators (KPIs) set forth by VPO and COO and report on KPIs, budgets and operational metrics to the executive team
• Manages the training of all personnel to understand and practice food safety requirements.
• Manages quality assurance. 
• Hires, trains, develops employees in the areas of production management, quality control, and plant leadership and ensures performance monitoring systems are being met.

Job Overview:

The Procurement Packaging Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic procurement of packaging materials necessary for Nonni's production operations. This role will develop and implement packaging procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards, and optimize costs while maintaining packaging integrity and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this position will collaborate closely with operations, R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging solutions support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Packaging Procurement

• Develop and implement packaging procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials
