Role Overview:


As an Account Executive (AE) at Viven, you will own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery through close. You will partner closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to shape go-to-market strategies, scale our sales motions, and influence the product roadmap with customer feedback.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive net new revenue by owning and executing full sales cycles for enterprise and mid-market prospects.
  • Deliver tailored product demos, adapting to technical and non-technical audiences, and show the value of Viven’s AI capabilities.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand business objectives, technical architectures, integration challenges, and KPIs.
  • Develop persuasive business cases, ROI models, and proposals that marry technical feasibility with business value.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, navigate procurement and legal review processes.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently hit quota.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collecting feedback, use cases, and objection signals to inform product and marketing teams.
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive or enterprise sales role; preferably in AI, data, or B2B software.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ideally involving technical buyers).
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand and discuss integrations, APIs, architecture, and AI/ML tradeoffs.
  • Experience leading demos and presentations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter mindset—able to work in ambiguity, build processes, and iterate as we scale.
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment is a plus.

We are hiring an Oncology Sale Representative to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Oncology Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a newly approved oncology product to oncology practices in an assigned geographic territory. Our representative will be providing value by engaging Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, office staff and pharmacists in face-to-face discussions.

The Oncology Sales Representatives will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating about our client’s oncology product and its approved indications as well as the support services offered by our client for cancer patients.

Oncology Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of the product, disease state, the customers and territory.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create, build, and maintain relationships and regular communication with physicians and key thought leaders in the US.
  • Utilize the customer relationship management system to keep call records including account planning.
  • Ensure a high level of expertise and customer service is delivered to all customers.
  • Responsible for collaborating effectively and mobilizing all appropriate resources.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills providing the product scientific information to healthcare professionals, oncologists, and other key stakeholders.

Job Description

The EVERSANA Neurology Sales Specialists (NSS) are responsible for driving performance in top headache centers, neurology accounts and primary care accounts within assigned geography for our client Impel Pharmaceuticals. The NSS is expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in their territory. The NSS will professionally represent Impel Pharmaceuticals in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. This position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics.

We are looking for top-performing Neurology Sales Specialists (NSS) with a competitive spirit and experience in new drug product launch, preferably in migraine or Neurology. You will join an energetic, nimble, and performance-based team preparing for the launch of our first commercial product. This is an opportunity to own your geography (no mirror) and introduce a new technology in a dynamic and competitive market.

Our Client, Impel Pharmaceuticals, is focused on developing and commercializing transformative therapies for people living with central nervous system (CNS) disorders through the pioneering of an optimized approach to drug delivery. Our investigational therapies are enabled by the Company’s proprietary upper nasal delivery technology, known as the Precision Olfactory Delivery, or POD®, device.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Operate with a sense of urgency to drive appropriate utilization of TRUDHESA by working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
  • Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and propose responsible solutions for success
  • Develop and implement data driven and effective customer specific territory plans with Regional Sales Managers
  • Expertly deliver in-person (virtual if necessary) approved product, access, and corporate messaging
  • Effectively anticipate and handle customer objections and exceed customer expectations by delivering value to Health Care Professionals and accounts
  • Maintain expert knowledge on territory managed care/access environment and partner with the Managed Markets team to implement and measure push and pull-through initiatives that support achieving sales objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in region
  • Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g., sales leadership, regional sales managers) regarding strategic and tactical planning for territory, region, and nation

Qualifications

The EVERSANA Neurology Sales Specialists (NSS) are responsible for driving performance in top headache centers, neurology accounts and primary care accounts within assigned geography for our client Impel Pharmaceuticals.
