Key accountabilities include: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice; adherence to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement
Schedule:

The job requires some accountability for scheduling, assigning or coordinating work. Employees check the quality of work and provide guidance, instruction, training and direction to others. Although the job does not require formal or official supervisory responsibility, the incumbent serves as group leader or acts in an informal assistant supervisory or lead role. In addition, the employee may be expected to provide information or suggestions on human resources matters.
Materials Responsibility: Limited: Work requires limited responsibility for material resources. Examples of resources could include supplies, equipment, inventories, small budgets, and other similar material assets. The employee has a limited amount of control over these resources. The cost of errors is also limited in terms of damage, waste or financial loss. Problems associated with material resources are not complex. The volume of resources may vary, but the level of difficulty in dealing with these resources is uncomplicated.
Education:
Associates Degree in nursing
Registered Nurse in Iowa or Illinois required upon Hire. Second State License required in 12 months
Basic Life Support
Less than one year experience Required
Experience in Pediatric, Obstetrical or Surgical Experience relevant to clinic setting preferred

Pediatric group near Savannah, GA
- Located one hour drive to Savannah, GA, 4 hours to Atlanta, GA and 2 hours to Jacksonville, FL
- Openings for outpatient Pediatrics and pediatric urgent care (or a mix of both)
- Group also has a Pediatric urgent care office only 10 miles from Savannah, GA (group is expanding in pediatric urgent care as well)
- Can live in Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler - excellent schools
- Join a private group of 4 Pediatricians and 1 APP as they continue to grow their Pediatric Urgent Care facilities and their Outpatient clinic.
- Outpatient, no hospital coverage. Well and sick child visit
- Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm
- Urgent care shifts available as group owns an urgent care office near Savannah, GA. Various scheduling options if interested in just covering urgent care

Essential Functions: 1. Promotes the philosophy that all individuals entering the center should be treated with respect, kindness, empathy and professionalism. 2. Keeps up to date on all center rules, programs, costs, hours of operation, special events and staffing personnel, and gives out accurate information to all inquiries. 3. Provides notice of class cancellations at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. 4. Follows all security and safety procedures. 5. Monitors communication log daily, and contributes notes and messages as needed. 6. Helps to develop and execute aspects of the marketing plan related to Group Fitness. 7. Supervises members’ fitness programs and attends to his/her needs in a friendly, polite, courteous and professional manner. 8. Assists the Fitness Coordinator in the development of fitness programs and services which enhance the member's experience in the Center and improve member retention. 9. Promotes member programs and services to all members and encourages cross training and fun activity to attain his/her fitness and health goals. 10. Exhibits good listening skills when member or staff issues arise, and problem solves professionally. Defers to Group Fitness Coordinator if issues need further arbitration.
