PRACTICE SPECIFICS: Ideal practice for work/life balance! Typical workday is 8:00 AM

Solo radiology practice in smaller community (where your expertise is sought after and valued) with the support of a larger, nearby, group.

REQUIREMENTS: Excellent general radiology skills including mammography and procedures in fluoroscopy and ultrasound.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required.

A Master's degree in nursing is preferred.

Must be a participating Medicare provider or eligible to obtain a Medicare provider number.

Three years of nursing experience is required and two years of advanced practice is preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas and credentialed by the State to practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Must maintain current AHA BLS or higher in accordance with Medical-Dental staff bylaws.

Prescriptive authority is required.

Valid DEA number must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Certification by a national nursing body is required.
