The Boeing Company is currently seeking Software Architects to support our Phantom Works Software Engineering team located in Berkeley, MO or Mesa, AZ. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
This role will be part of the Phantom Works Open Architecture Systems Integrated Software (OASIS) Solutions team. This position is responsible for defining and developing the software architecture for real-time software air and/or space systems in an Agile software development environment. Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, own and maintain the software architecture with focus on interface clarity, stability, and versioning to minimize integration risk, with a focus on production type software that is easily maintainable.
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to inform system definition and oversee translation of system-level requirements into software requirements and models that meet customer, operational and performance requirements and have clear traceability to design, code and test artifacts.
- Manage supplier/subcontractor software deliverables to ensure they meet team processes and integration requirements.
- Lead the software engineering team’s agile delivery: facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/retrospectives, and remove impediments to flow.
- Serve as the Agile/Delivery lead for software—own backlog prioritization with product/system owners, define sprint goals, and ensure timely delivery of integration-ready increments.
- Define, document, and enforce software integration contracts (ICDs or equivalent living artifacts), data models, and message definitions in coordination with Integration & Test and Systems leads.
- Ensure software is designed for testability: require unit, component, integration, SIL/HIL test artifacts with code deliveries, include observability hooks, and ensure failures are diagnosable.
- Lead DevSecOps and CI/CD practices for the team: ensure pipelines support repeatable builds, automated testing, artifact traceability, and consistent deployments across dev, integration, and test environments.
- Collaborate with Integration & Test to align delivery cadence to integration increments and controlled configuration baselines.
- Drive verification & validation execution for software components: support development of test strategies, analyze test results, and triage defects with the team.
- Establish and track delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, quality metrics, technical debt) and use them to improve predictability and quality.
- Coach and mentor engineers on agile practices, test automation, CI/CD, code quality, and observability.
- Contribute to risk and issue management that affects software delivery and integration readiness; escalate when necessary to protect integration milestones.
- Document integration results, test findings, and provide inputs for design reviews and readiness assessments.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or 22 years equivalent related experience
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance, or clearance active within past 24 months (U.S. Citizenship required)
- 5+ years of experience in leading efforts in analyzing and translating requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications
- Experience as an Agile Systems or Software Development Team Lead
- 5+ years of experience with the DevSecOps lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience of DevOps experience (Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools)
- 5+ years of experience with configuration management and collaboration tools such as (or similar to) Git, JIRA, Collaborator, Beyond Compare, and VersionOne

The Role
The Brand Marketing Director, USA will lead the evolution of Culture Kings and its portfolio of brands (including 1P brands and MNML) within the U.S. market. The Licensing Operations & Product Development Manager is a cross-functional role supporting Iconix’s brand portfolio by overseeing product approvals, licensing operations, compliance processes, and day-to-day execution across licensees.
This role goes beyond traditional product development, combining product and trend oversight with licensing compliance, factory and IP processes, and administrative support to ensure brands operate efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Role Overview:

Summary:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that strengthen and expand the company’s brand presence. This role emphasizes increasing brand awareness, developing clear and consistent messaging, and ensuring a unified brand experience across all channels. The Brand Manager will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support brand growth and achieve strong market positioning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The position carries director-level responsibility while remaining deeply execution-focused, serving as the central point of ownership for the company’s physical brand output.
Rather than operating as a strategy-only position, creative operations function, or traffic role, this role is responsible for actively delivering the work itself and ensuring brand standards are applied accurately and consistently across materials.
The role acts as a key conduit for physical brand requests across Creative, Marketing, and Production, helping teams understand where work should be directed and how it moves through the process.
Day-to-day responsibilities include executing and overseeing brand applications across print, point-of-purchase materials, studio environments, tournament assets, swag, and key presentation materials.
Working closely with a small, dedicated team, the role ensures projects move efficiently from concept to production with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Success in the role means reducing avoidable revisions through strong execution, providing production teams and external vendors with clear, usable files, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all physical and presentation-based materials.
This role is onsite and located at our Santa Monica office.
In this role, you will: Execute physical brand work across print, POP, desk graphics, studios, swag, and event materials Design and update key presentation decks for leadership, partners, and internal use, ensuring clarity and brand consistency Prepare and manage production-ready files, proofs, revisions, and approvals Act as the primary conduit for physical brand requests across the company, helping teams route and scope work appropriately Support tournaments and live events with timely updates as requirements change Serve as a quality checkpoint for physical and presentation-based brand materials Maintain organized files, templates, and reusable assets Collaborate closely with the VP, Head of Creative to align execution with creative direction Escalate decisions and issues when needed to maintain brand standards and timelines Work closely with Marketing and Production to align requirements and delivery Work directly with vendors on production files, proofs, and revisions Work alongside and provide hands-on guidance to a small, dedicated production and design team Qualifications: Senior experience in hands-on brand execution, production design, or creative operations Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and layout tools Solid understanding of print production and physical deliverables High attention to detail and sound execution judgment Ability to manage multiple requests and timelines Clear communicator who works well across teams Tennis Channel is proud to be equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
