This Plant Controller will own cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and financial reporting to drive profitability and operational excellence. The Plant Controller will be responsible for monthly close for the plant: journal entries, reconciliations, and P&L.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Serve as the primary financial partner to the CEO, providing insight, guidance, and recommendations to support business decisions
