c) La disponibilité des rapports afin de permettre au département du
contrôle de la production de contrôler le progrès du travail effectué;
d) Contrôler les espaces réservés pour fins de rétention dans les ateliers
et la réquisition de matériel;
e) Remplacer le personnel clérical du département, contrôle de la
production, si nécessaire.

Position Overview


Reporting to the Director, Network & Telecommunications, the Senior Network Engineer serves as the principal technical authority for the Cambridge Health Alliance enterprise voice and data network.   • Conduct research and furnish recommendations for strategically appropriate support tools and systems, including network management platforms, traffic analysis solutions, and retrospective/prospective projection modeling.
  • Lead the configuration, installation, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting of micro-segmentation, routers, switches, wireless controllers and infrastructure, and other critical communication devices.
  • Systematically monitor response times, bandwidth utilization, and resource availability to propose and implement performance enhancements. Utilize specialized surveying tools to optimize coverage and capacity within high-density environments.
  • Design and administer the IP address scheme and associated IP address assignment mechanisms.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain robust enterprise wireless networks, including the execution of site surveys and comprehensive RF planning.
  • Configure and troubleshoot wireless access points (APs) and wireless LAN controllers (WLCs).
  • Ensure the integrity and security of the wireless network through the implementation of WPA2/3 protocols, and RADIUS integration. Proven hands-on experience implementing Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
  • Resolve complex and atypical network problems, employing advanced packet capture and protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark.

  • ​Function clinically with a considerable amount of independent judgment regarding the delivery of quality patient care

  • Serve as a technical resource person to the physicians and other health care workers, with regard to current practices in respiratory care

  • Set up, operate and manage patient care on respiratory related equipment such as mechanical ventilators, NIPPV/CPAP, or High Flow Oxygen devices

  • Manage patients on invasive mechanical ventilation modes (AC, PSV, PC, APRV, Bi-level)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care, minimum of a two-year Associate's Degree

  • Current State of CT Respiratory Care Practitioner License

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). 

  • Thorough knowledge of the procedures and patient care techniques involved in the delivery of respiratory care

Pay Range: $30-48/hr

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education, including CRT vs. RRT. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Financial Reporting & Close

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all affordable housing entities, partnerships, and developments.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

  • Support the annual budgeting process across the affordable housing portfolio, working closely with asset management and property operations teams.
  • Monitor cash flow for individual developments, flag variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including HAP (Housing Assistance Payment) processing and subsidy reconciliation.
  • Review draw requests for construction projects and manage funding disbursements from lenders, investors, and public agencies.


Audit & Internal Controls

  • Coordinate annual financial audits with external auditors; prepare audit schedules, supporting workpapers, and draft financial statements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and support the implementation of efficiency initiatives.


Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on affordable housing accounting principles and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • CPA license a plus
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in affordable housing, real estate, or nonprofit finance.
  • Direct experience with LIHTC partnerships, HUD programs (Section 8, HOME, CDBG), and/or tax-exempt bond financing strongly preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and affordable housing accounting standards.
  • Proficiency with property management or affordable housing accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Sage Intacct).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and consolidation.
  • Familiarity with HUD REAC submission processes and LIHTC compliance reporting is a plus.
