- Cross-collaborate with other RPS practice groups (e.g., commercial litigation, cybersecurity, intellectual property) to address and capture inter-related professional-liability exposures.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree and current licensure in good standing with the State Bar of California. Current licensure in good standing in Arizona is also a plus, for RPS's practice in Arizona in the areas of attorney ethics, discipline defense, and professional liability issues.
- 6+ years of ethics training and/or experience in the arenas of ethics, risk management, professional liability, and/or discipline defense.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution.
- Ability to provide practical and commonsensical advice to professionals on a rapid response basis, with strong client communication skills.
- Excellent client-service orientation, judgment, and integrity, with an ability to counsel lawyers and firms on sensitive matters.

As a leader within the career strategy function, the Manager, Career Strategy – Paralegal Services champions the professional growth, long-term development, and career advancement of paralegal professionals across the firm. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Position Summary:
The Therapist I provides individual, group and group therapy sessions for clients in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization mental health facility. - Maintain case lists and generate monthly reports using Excel
- Create PowerPoint presentations and other client-facing materials as needed
- Proactively monitor deadlines and anticipate attorney needs to ensure timely and efficient case management
- Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and firm staff
Required Skills
- Prior experience as a Legal Secretary or paralegal in civil defense litigation, preferably with labor and employment matters
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, filing guidelines, and litigation terminology
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple attorneys
- Proven ability to work independently and anticipate needs without being prompted
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Adobe
- Strong transcription skills; typing speed of at least 70 WPM with minimal errors
- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
