Weld components using heliarc, TIG, and GTAW welding equipment in accordance with blueprints, welding diagrams, and operation sheets. Ensure work is accomplished with high quality, in a timely fashion, and is compliant with all company, city, state, and federal regulations.
This is a 2nd shift position with the following hours: Monday-Friday; 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Weekend overtime may be required)
What You Will Do:

  • Set Up and Operate Welding Equipment: Position parts in jigs or fixtures, select appropriate welding tools and materials, connect and activate gas flow, and set parameters for desired welds based on technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform Welding Operations: Hold torches correctly, apply filler rods, and execute various welds, including specific types such as Clamp-to-Tube and Bracket-to-Tube, on materials like nitronics, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Inspect and Repair Welds: Examine welds for quality, grind off excess slag, clean parts, and repair welds based on rejection sheets and X-ray film analysis.
  • Follow Safety and Compliance Standards: Adhere to company rules and regulations, including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, and International Trade Compliance; maintain a clean work area.
  • Support and Train: Assist in training other welders, plan and perform a variety of welding operations, interpret technical documents, and use computer-controlled welding equipment as needed.
  • Must be available for overtime, including extended workdays and weekends.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
  • 1+ years of welding experience.

Summary:

The MRI Technologist produces diagnostic MRI scans under the clinical direction of a Radiologist while taking responsibility for film quality, patient care, safety, sterile technique and providing education for staff and students. Performs work in a timely manner, performs quality radiographic images on a consistent and on-going basis, analyzes request and draws appropriate conclusions for examination and action plan, reviews radiographic orders and images and correlates patient demographic information, ensuring accuracy of information, reviews daily schedule and/or status of patients waiting in department for examinations, maintains a clean and safe work environment, documents incidents and advises area supervisor of improvement opportunities for the work unit.
4. Uses RIS,CIS,PACS and SMS effectively and appropriately to access information and document status of procedures, modifies all necessary orders for appropriateness, completes exam in RIS System, QC's and transmits information to PACS, verifies that all information has arrive properly into PACS.
5. Verifies patient identity, obtains patient history relevant to examination order, verifies pregnancy status before administering ionizing radiation, assesses patients physical condition and develops an action plan for performing examination, assesses patients condition to determine if additionally medical personnel and or equipment is needed and takes appropriate action, assists patients that require extra attention, reacts to emergency situations, insures patient safety.

Job Description

This newly created, highly impactful role provides comprehensive operational oversight and strategic

tracking for DWC’s growing portfolio of projects, from inception to completion. Working directly with

the CEO, President, and senior project managers, this position ensures seamless cross-team coordination

and the alignment of priorities across all key leaders. The Director of Operations brings essential structure,

visibility, and accountability, guaranteeing that all project components are addressed, deadlines are met,

and critical information flows smoothly throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Coordination

  • Track all active projects from kick-off to completion.
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings with project managers; maintain and distribute standardized project initiation checklists.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, including reporting deadlines, court updates, and payment application schedules.
  • Maintain centralized tracking of bonds, insurance, and compliance items for all projects.
  • Ensure legal documentation (e.g., receivership orders, consulting agreements) is reviewed in collaboration with DWC’s counsel at project inception.

Operational Discipline & Reporting

  • Monitor and document external counsel assignments and fees to report the allocation of legal work to executive management.
  • Support the leadership team with regular reporting on project status, resource allocation, and compliance milestones.
  • Maintain organized records and tracking tools to enable data-driven decision-making by the executive team.

Process Improvement

  • Recommend and implement administrative processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as a key liaison between teams and senior leadership to ensure accountability and clarity on responsibilities.


Qualifications & Essential Skills

Experience & Background

  • 7+ years of operational and/or project management experience.
  • Experience working closely with executive teams and managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
