In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
