Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as our Production/Manufacturing Manager based in San Jose, CA. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the company's owner. A successful Manufacturing Operations Manager will play a key role in shaping our business for years to come. Brief Description
This position is responsible for coordinating and expediting material/work order flow through the service center facility. Requires focus on custom made engineered components, assemblies and rebuilds. Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Production Supervisor in our Glastonbury location to plan, direct, and coordinate all assigned operations following manufacturing objectives. Required Qualifications & Experience:

Production Planner – Job Summary
The Production Planner is responsible for scheduling and releasing production orders in the ERP system to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products. This role maintains accurate master data, optimizes production workflow, and supports cross-functional collaboration to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Item Masters, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Routers/Travelers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Convert planned orders to production orders based on capacity, materials, and customer demand.

- Manage master data parameters such as lot sizes, lead times, scrap rates, and safety stocks.

The Production Intern will support the Production & Sourcing team during our peak production season. This is a hands-on role providing exposure to global apparel manufacturing, vendor management, and supply chain operations at a fast-growing sportswear brand. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Production team with purchase order tracking, WIP updates, and production status reporting.
