Position Profile
Responsible for assisting the HOV leadership team with patient data flow throughout the clinical operational unit to assure maximal efficiency, effectiveness and integrity; serving as a liaison to clinical and non-clinical staff regarding patient data management and applications utilizing patient data. Responsible to provide ongoing field staff support / consultation to assist the clinician to integrate the electronic medical record functionality into their daily operations as hospice caregivers.

Minimum Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with clinical documentation software.
- Previous homecare or hospice experience is preferred.

The position is outpatient with the option to work four or five days per week. There are no weekends or after-hours calls. Patient volume averages around 16 patients per day and the work is primarily bread-and-butter dentistry including exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, and some root canals. The practice does not perform implants and has an established referral network for more complex pediatric cases. You would be joining three full-time dentists along with hygienists and support staff in a collaborative team environment. There may be an occasional weekly rotation to a nearby satellite clinic in Thayer, Missouri.
The base salary starts at $140,000 for new graduates and is higher for experienced dentists. The position qualifies for federal student loan repayment due to a high HPSA score. The benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement with employer match, generous paid time off, continuing education support, and paid CME days. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable.
