Position Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair, rebuild, retrofit, modify, assemble, disassemble, troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, calibrate, adjust, and test mechanical systems and or subsystems of all types of cranes such as, but not limited to cab operated, radio controlled, jib type, pendant operated, etc. Know, understand, and work in compliance with SHEA and other applicable codes and regulations for overhead cranes

• Coordinate and work with management, engineering, equipment vendors, and other organizations to analyze equipment design requirements and capabilities.
• Use schematics, blueprints, sketches, manuals, technical documents, written information, verbal information, applicable procedures, codes and ordinances.

• Determine and/or develop methods where procedures may not be available.
• Devise and make shop aids to facilitate work. Operate and utilize mechanical, test equipment and test systems, precision devices in failure analysis, all forms of predictive/preventative technologies, as required on cranes.
• Operate, use and maintain overhead maintenance work platforms
• Maintain, adjust, install and repair, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric brake system components on cranes and bridges as requires.
• Inspect and maintain building runway rails and expansion joints.
• Maintain mechanical crane and hoist systems including cables, chain, sheaves and hooks.
• Perform the operational tests and load tests of cranes and bridges as required by Engineering, SHEA and other applicable codes and regulations.
• Maintain logs, charts, and perform written and verbal tie-in records.
• Prepare reports and schedules as required.
• Work with and assist employees of other classifications as required.
• Perform work in other classifications when incidental but necessary to the accomplishment of the assignment.

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

• Operate mechanical lifts of various types (e.g. tiger lift, spider lift, snorkel lift), to access work areas

As a Sr. Hardware Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a critical part of the Hardware Test team. This is a small team of broadly experienced engineers that strive to ensure that all hardware being produced meets the stringent requirements for aviation. You will be architecting automated test stands to replicate extreme flight conditions on our hardware and mechanisms that will serve as the backbone of our qualification testing. • Full ownership of the design, build, and maintenance of mechanical or electrical test stands for development testing, production acceptance testing, functional and environmental qualification testing

Basic Success Criteria

As a member of our team, you will be a pivotal contributor to the development of novel hardware that will transform the future of flight. From component level thermal testing to instrumenting our aircraft with a sensor suite for flight testing, you will closely interface with many vital parts of our system. As a Sr. Electrical Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the avionics engineering team. We develop the wide variety of computing, sensing and actuation, power, and communications systems that are at the core of our automation system. We're looking for a broadly experienced individual to apply their electrical engineering and software automation skills to develop robust test solutions for complex hardware in a safety-critical environment. This is a clean-slate opportunity to grow our primitive test operations into a production worthy operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests

• Analyze test results to identify failure modes, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements back into designs

• Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns

• Drive continuous improvement to test system infrastructure, processes, and practices

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of full cycle electronics hardware test or development experience in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals

• Extensive experience with test equipment, measurement techniques, and processes for hardware verification

• Experience with programming/scripting languages (C, C++, Python) and ability to develop and maintain test software

Preferred Criteria

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering

• Familiarity with formal industry test standards such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-461/810, or similar

• Experience developing and simulating complex and manufacturable printed circuit board assemblies using tools such as Altium Designer and SPICE

We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Engineer (SE)** to drive business growth for our **Ethernet Test and Analysis Solutions** in the Americas. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for Teledyne LeCroy's **Xena** and **SierraNet** product lines within data center, semiconductor, and networking equipment markets.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong, customer-focused professional with a proven track record selling **Ethernet, Layer 1-3 test, or network analysis equipment** . You'll collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, and global Sales Leadership to meet revenue goals and strengthen strategic customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.

+ Engage with design, validation, and test engineering teams at leading semiconductor, system, and network OEMs.

+ Present and demonstrate Teledyne LeCroy's Xena traffic generators, Chimera impairment emulators, and SierraNet analyzers to both technical and executive audiences.

+ Manage the full sales cycle - from lead qualification and technical proof-of-concept to quotation, negotiation, and close.

**Required Qualifications**

+ **Bachelor's degree** in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

+ **5+ years of experience** in technical sales or applications engineering within the **test & measurement** or **network equipment** industry.

+ Proven experience selling **Ethernet, Layer 1-3 test equipment, BERTs, traffic generators, or analyzers** (e.g., Keysight, Viavi, Spirent, EXFO, etc.).

+ Strong understanding of **Ethernet protocols, PHY/SerDes, and Layer 1-3 technologies** (100G, 400G, 800G, 1.6T).

+ Ability to engage both technically and strategically with engineers, managers, and executives.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a regional role.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Familiarity with **CMIS, RS-FEC, PAM4, AN/LT, or coherent optics** test methodologies.
