- Manage all phases of construction projects, including budget, schedule, scope, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, equipment, and production workflows
• Support new product launches including equipment layout, process design, and production planning
• Participate in prototype builds, production trials, and validation activities
