Overview
We’re seeking a Senior IT Program Manager with expertise in Transportation & Logistics Program Management to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across transportation, delivery management, and supply chain operations. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale programs, with a strong focus on DOT compliance, on-time fulfillment (OTF), driver exceptions, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
The ideal candidate brings deep program lifecycle experience, strong people leadership, and the ability to partner confidently with executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver large, cross-functional transportation and logistics programs aligned to enterprise strategy
- Oversee program planning, scheduling, budgeting, pricing, and technical execution
- Manage one Program Manager and several Senior IT Project Managers; coach, develop, and scale high-performing teams
- Drive stakeholder alignment across operations, IT, vendors, and executive leadership
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across interdependent initiatives
- Own program financials, including budget planning, cost justification, and vendor spend
- Lead RFI/RFP processes and support contract negotiation and vendor management
- Partner with portfolio sponsors to prioritize initiatives and deliver business impact
- Champion enterprise program management standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of program management experience
- 5+ years of people management experience, including leading managers or large teams
- 5+ years of experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, distribution, or network strategy
- Strong understanding of transportation operations, delivery management, DOT, OTF, and driver exception handling
- Proven ability to lead complex programs and engage senior and executive stakeholders
Compensation
$70/hr to $85/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
