Note: This operation runs 24/7, and individual schedules are determined by volume and client needs. Weekend availability is required and the facility is only closed three days each year.
Job Purpose:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a distribution center in alignment with financial and operational goals, and oversee the proper administration of operational plans for the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan warehouse layout and storage areas considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
- Manage financial reporting of the warehouse.
- Design, create, and implement production planning for the warehouse.

Position Summary
Under the leadership of the Senior Director of Innovation and Impact and Programs Director, the Workforce Programs Manager oversees HACIA’s workforce training programs, including supportive services and job placement. This role manages grant funded initiatives, ensures program compliance and data tracking, and collaborates with partners to help participants successfully transition into construction careers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Program Management & Delivery
- Provide day-to-day coordination & oversight of workforce development programs, ensuring alignment with program goals, grant requirements, & HACIA policies & compliance standards.
- Assist in the development, implementation, & evaluation of workforce development programs serving underserved populations, including training in trades, clean energy, green construction, professional services, & other construction-related fields.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to champion quality, operational efficiency, and excellence at Beyer Graphics in Commack, NY, supporting two sites in New York and New Jersey. This role will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive Quality Management System and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the site Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
- Lead all quality efforts at the plant to ensure that our products consistently meet or exceed defined quality standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements, drive process optimization, and achieve cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality performance data and metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure site adheres to local regulations and industry standards for pharmaceutical packaging and printing.
- Provide training and mentorship to employees to enhance their understanding of quality principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Oversee supplier quality management, including supplier evaluations and audits, to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Represent the facility in dealings with external stakeholders related to quality and continuous improvement.
- Assist the Site leadership in driving a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- This role will have supervisory responsibilities over the Quality Department, and it is expected that this individual will have previous experience leading successful teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the printing, packaging or pharmaceutical industries, with a proven track record of improving quality standards and processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems).
- Prior experience managing direct reports and leading teams to drive quality improvements and standardization efforts.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations, including cGMP, FDA, and international quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, direct reports, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality management systems, data analysis tools, and software applications.
- QCBD Software Experience is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are advantageous.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

- 5+ years of clinical research experience (with 3+ years specifically in Project Management).
- Deep understanding of GDocP, GCP, and clinical trial regulations.
- Knowledge of neurodegenerative disorders (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s) is a plus.

The role will work with key stakeholders in guiding best-in-class energy strategies for thermal producing assets in a healthcare facility.
Your new role
As the Technical Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing daily energy usage and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve operational practices. Working daily with internal teams and 3rd party vendors, you will provide mentorship on energy management and support the development of long‑term strategies to maximize performance. The role will take full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the CEP, ensuring all systems run safely, reliably, and efficiently. This includes managing maintenance reserve accounts, overseeing operator training, maintaining an up‑to‑date plant operating manual, and coordinating troubleshooting activities with both on‑site staff and remote support teams. You will also collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project activities with ongoing operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- PE preferred or FE and working towards obtaining PE.
- 4+ years’ experience in any of the following: management experience in a central plant or facility, mechanical construction with a large mechanical subcontractor or MEP design consultant managing multiple sites with large teams.
- 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree (plus, not required).
- Well versed in building codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask projects in a fast-paced environment.
