Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a wide range of commercial construction project(s) and is expected to produce predictable, high-quality outcomes. This role leads the project team(s) through planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Preconstruction

  • Uses discretionary judgement to negotiate and obtain quotes; marketing approximately 30% of the book of business
  • Help customers understand their insurance policies/coverages and determine individual service needs
  • Leads the renewal process by obtaining, directly or indirectly, quotes and claims experience from various carriers
  • Handles new quoting and issuing new lines of coverage without the involvement of a producer. Recommend coverage to customers based on assessing the risk or risks they need to insure
  • Acts as liaison between producer and customer by obtaining exposure and operation updates, receiving renewal applications and ordering appropriate documents needed for renewal
  • Prepares and Completes Insurance Coverage Review’s if needed. Ensures the Insurance Coverage Review is completed, returned and sent to the insured with an approved letter/email.
  • Analyzing contracts for certificates of insurance, issue certificates, and binders
  • Reviewing for accuracy on all policies, changes/endorsements, audits, and documentations
  • Preparing proposals, graphs, and service plans for customers
  • Answering customer and carrier questions via their preferred communication method in the areas of polices, endorsements, audits, accounting/billing, and coordination of claims/lost control services
  • Preparing all necessary applications and data for a complete submission to underwriters


Licenses and Certifications:

  • Maintain a current Property & Casualty License in all required states


Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • Must have experience working with residential communities such as HOAs and apartment complexes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) with five (5) years of experience in the field of Property and Casualty insurance, or high school graduate with a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in the field of commercial insurance; other combination of work and/or education will be considered
  • AU or CIC Designation preferred
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of property and casualty coverage, current legislation, rules, laws, and other regulations
  • Familiarity with contracts and other provisions
  • Fluent with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Word, and Excel

Our global end user client is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to help drive their multi-year transformation program.


The Senior Delivery Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of a global digital transformation. You will translate a complex multi-year strategy into a series of successful, sequenced projects.


The primary focus is the migration from a fragmented legacy landscape to a unified ERP platform.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Execution & Governance

  • Roadmap Management: Alongside senior IT leadership take ownership of the transformation roadmap, managing the delivery of major global projects.
  • Strategy Translation: Convert high-level business goals into technical workstreams and measurable milestones.
  • Project Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous delivery standards, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Leadership & People Management

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, with responsibility for hiring and scaling the delivery function as the program expands.

  • Global Reach: Experience delivering complex IT projects across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Domain Expertise: A minimum of 10 years in IT project/program delivery, with a heavy focus on ERP (D365, SAP, or Oracle) and MES in a manufacturing environment.
  • Legacy Migration: Specific experience managing the migration from legacy systems (e.g., Dynamics AX, older SAP/Oracle versions) to modern cloud-based architectures.
