General Description of the Job Class
Coordinate and participate in a variety of technical tasks, tests and determinations involving the utilization of radioactive materials and measurement instrumentation.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
- Coordinate and participate in a variety of technical procedures to include in vivo and in vitro studies; operate radiation detection and measurement instrumentation including stationary imaging devices, scintillation gamma and apparatus for in vitro counting.
- Calibrate and draw up radiopharmaceutical materials for administration to patients; formulate radiopharmaceutical materials from pre-prepared kits. Calibrate instruments and review calibration data to detect trends indicating instrument malfunction. Calculate data to include results of patient studies and radioactive decay.
- Evaluate recorded images for technical quality.
- Process computerized image data to include function curves and reconstructed SPECT images.
- Assume care for physical and psychological needs of patient of all ages during an examination, initiates life support measures for patient, if necessary.
- Maintain inventory of supplies in assigned area; prepare and maintain records concerning radiopharmaceutical receiving, dispensing and disposal activities. Maintain records of order, including brachytherapy procedures, receipt and disposal of all radioactive material in the department.
- Provide instruction and technical guidance to radiologic technology students or other advanced imaging techs; assist in training new employees.
- Monitor Nuclear Medicine Department with portable survey meter for possible contamination.
- Performs EKG prep, tracing
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Assist in the development and evaluation of new procedures and techniques to meet the needs of specific protocols as required: consult with physician concerning the application of nuclear medicine procedures and techniques.
- Administer thyroid therapy to patient that has undergone prior clinical and nuclear medicine diagnosis, insures decay of pharmaceutical and calculates for correct dosage in dose calibrator, observes patient dosage to insure proper treatment under direct supervision of radiologist.
- Assist in quality assurance program relating to calibration and maintenance of equipment.
- Assist with the education and training of new physicians (interns, residents, and fellows) as applicable. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

SUMMARY:
Design Engineer II is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new manufactured products and proprietary equipment as well as improvement to existing products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Originates and/or develops product designs relating to defined customer needs as well as proprietary products in new to market applications; collaborates with Sales and Management to develop new business opportunities.

The Dealer Development Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the dealer network by maintaining accurate records, processing dealer requests, and assisting with programs that promote business development and customer satisfaction across the U.S. and Canada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records in KUHN’s Customer Relations Management (CRM) database through address verification, merge of duplicates, enter/upload of data.
- Warranty & Registrations: Monitor product registrations. Work with territory managers and dealers to ensure retailed machines are registered; review and clear verification flags, process requests for warranty card deletions (research and communicate actions to accounts receivable, credit, and sales support).
- Survey Administration: Support Customer Post Purchase and Machine Performance surveys, including mailing, data entry, scanning, uploading to SNAP, disseminating surveys for follow up by the field and other departments, etc.
- Sales Program Support: Coordinate data entry of sales retail and stocking programs. Assist in creating summaries for regional and territory managers’ evaluation of dealer performance.
- Extended Warranty Administration: Process Protect + requests from dealers (invoice, update SCG, track usage).
- Dealer Communications: Assist in maintenance of dealer email contacts (follow up and correct email addresses that were undeliverable).
- Dealer Qualification: Assist with dealer qualification, including communication of qualification to field and channel management personnel for follow up actions.
- Finance Programs: Review retail finance monthly reports (from DLL, Meridian OneCap), analyze and report usage (products financed, dealers using finance program, percentage retailed with KUHN Finance, etc.).
- Research distribution networks of other suppliers and update existing Excel spreadsheets as requested.
- Promotional Support: Process department Requests for Purchase (RFP) for merchandise, submit orders to the vendor and track RFPs to provide Accounting with a monthly summary of charges to be applied against the applicable department budgets. Administer Dealer Event Promotion Kit program by processing requests, tracking and distributing kits.
- Forms: Maintain, update, and post dealer and company forms, as needed.
- Channel Management Support: Order and ship starter kit materials and communicate shipment information to with territory manager or dealer.
- Complimentary Employee Apparel Program: Support distribution of employee apparel, track wear test items and collate feedback for specialist and managers.
Education and/or Experience - An Administrative Assistant associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, Internet research, mapping tools, and survey platforms. Knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferred.
Position Description: Larson & McGowin, LLC (L&M) is seeking qualified candidates to assist with the forest management of client properties located in South Alabama. Responsibilities include timber inventory, timber marking, timber sale preparation and administration, the development of stand-level silvicultural prescriptions, contracting of forestry-related services, and other consulting activities.
Candidate will occasionally participate in consulting/field projects across the U. S. Southeast. Travel outside of the local area will be required approximately 20% of the time. All necessary travel costs will be reimbursed.
Qualifications and Abilities:
Required
- Applicant should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry or related field
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must be capable of working in remote outdoor locations in various weather and forest conditions
- Ability to operate and communicate as part of a team
Preferred
- 0-5 years’ experience related to forestry field work
- Field proficiency with various forest inventory/mensuration techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge and experience with GIS software (i.e., ArcGIS)
- Registered Forester or meet the necessary requirements to obtain this designation or equivalent within 2 years from date of hire
