At Saint Mary’s Hospital, our Medical Surgical/Ortho-Neuro-Ortho Unit is a 27-bed unit specializing in the care of adult patients with stroke, orthopedic, and neuro-spine conditions. In addition to these specialties, nurses on this unit care for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This unit also utilizes a Virtual Nurse, the Together Team Model, as part of our care team. The Virtual RN brings a minimum of 7 years of experience and provides essential support to bedside staff, including assistance with admissions, discharges, patient education, purposeful rounding, and enhancing team communication.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and perform treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.

• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, rehabilitation, and recovery processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school

• Valid RN License in Connecticut

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• The ideal candidate will have one or more years of medical-surgical or neuro/ortho in an acute inpatient setting.

• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

The Student CT Technologist will perform procedures on patients of all ages, according to approved protocols, radiation safety, and established exam indicators.  Duties include:

• Schedules and obtains history from patients. 

• Evaluates the appropriateness of requested exams to assist radiologists. 

• Maintains knowledge of equipment and instruments/supplies pertinent to high quality exams. 

• Provides effective internal and external patient communication consistent with age and mental capacity.  

• May travel between SARMC and SAMC-Nampa.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Colleague must have and maintain an active Medical Imaging License issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI). 

• Colleague must obtain and maintain an active Oregon license prior to providing any services in Oregon.

• Colleague must also obtain and maintain an active CT temporary 6-month Medical Imaging License issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) before and during CT cross training. 

• Training must be complete within 12 months as the temporary is only renewable once with the state of Oregon. 

• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS or as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Previous Radiologic Technologist experience in a hospital setting.

• Assesses, plans, and implements nursing care for patients of diverse ages while ensuring patient comfort.

Cares for patients during Cardiac Cath Lab procedures which include, but are not limited to, coronary angiography, PTCA, stents, pediatric and adult heart catheterizations, peripheral PTA, EPS, Ablation, PPM, ICD, Valvuloplasty, and laser procedures

• Maintains readiness of equipment in procedure rooms. Acquires supplies needed for procedures and passes to physician or assistant maintaining sterile technique. Assists in maintaining inventory control.

• Transports patients to and from procedure rooms.

• May apply manual pressure to puncture site to obtain hemostasis following procedure.

• Serves in a charge/leadership role based on skill and unit needs. When assigned charge, makes patient assignments; triages patients; and problem solves with staff, physicians, patients, families, and ancillary departments.

• Assists in quality control.

• Takes assigned call as defined in unit specific policy manual.

• Assists with patient care duties/tasks (i.e., emptying drainage devices, ambulating, and hygiene).

• Assists with clerical duties (i.e., maintenance of chart, patient record, and answering phones and call lights).

• Provides orientation/education for staff, students, and other hospital and community organizations as requested.

Job Responsibilities and Objectives

1. Network Infrastructure: Responsible for the construction, maintenance, and optimization of the business network within the company. Ensure network stability and security, and proactively implement risk prevention and emergency response measures.
2. Deployment & Maintenance: Manage the implementation and deployment of network equipment and projects to ensure smooth business operations. Oversee the operation and maintenance (O&M) of daily office and production equipment (e.g., PC terminals, printers, PDAs) to guarantee high efficiency and stability.
3. Operational Support: Collaborate with business departments for on-site O&M support and manage network assets. Must be available for occasional short-term business travel to support local project implementation as needed.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Majors in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

Work Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in network O&M.
• Proven track record in implementing and maintaining medium-to-large scale networks (200+ terminals).
• Experience in server room and network planning, implementation, and O&M management.

Core Competencies:

• Technical Skills: Ability to independently install, debug, and maintain equipment from major vendors such as Huawei, Ruijie, Cisco, Fortinet, and Extreme. Proficient in Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Language Skills: Mandarin and English preferred.

In this role, you will partner closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to build robust continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, automate infrastructure and deployment workflows, and improve system reliability. You will also lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in DevOps maturity, automation, and release management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline Engineering

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Manage and optimize Azure DevOps services including Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards, and Test Plans.
• Develop and maintain YAML-based pipeline templates and reusable pipeline components to standardize deployment processes across teams.
• Implement automated build validation, security scanning, testing, and release gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and maintain branching strategies, pull request policies, and code quality controls within Azure DevOps repositories.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines with cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and deployment environments.

Infrastructure Automation & Cloud Engineering

• Implement and manage Azure cloud services supporting application hosting, monitoring, automation services, data integration, serverless workloads, secret management, container orchestration, database services, and traffic management.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and scripting.
• Develop automation scripts and tooling to improve build, release, deployment, and operational processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.

Operations & Platform Reliability

• Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build agents, and deployment tooling to ensure reliable release processes.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve pipeline failures, deployment issues, and production incidents efficiently.
• Support auditing, traceability, and reporting processes related to software releases and infrastructure changes.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

DevOps Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the organization’s DevOps strategy, CI/CD maturity roadmap, and platform engineering initiatives.
• Research and recommend emerging DevOps tools, automation practices, and cloud technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for pipelines, automation frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices align with security standards, compliance requirements, and DevOps best practices.
• Stay current with evolving DevOps technologies through professional development and industry research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation roles
• Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards)
• Experience building YAML-based pipelines and automated deployment workflows
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code and automated cloud provisioning
• 3+ years working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Experience supporting server environments, database systems, web services, and automated operational tasks
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Microsoft Azure or DevOps certifications preferred
