Position Summary:
The Cost Engineer is responsible maintaining a true and accurate cost structure and coordinating reporting elements key to developing accurate cost reports. This is an interface between project management, cost management and accounting.
Responsibilities:

- Review project features with Estimating department and ensure that work quantities are being entered correctly on a daily basis.
- Verify proper coding for phases, hours, and slips.
- Close out the completed project phases and verify progress entries.
- Conduct monthly cost review meeting with project team.
- Assign and initiate new cost codes for change orders, tracking items and back charges as required.
- Verify pencil sheets / pay requisitions.
- Take the lead in developing quarterly cost to complete reports.
- Review and process change orders for TMC and subcontractors / vendors.
- Review and process cost adjustments.
- Identify items that are exceeding the budget and communicate to Project Manager.
- Assist project management team with quarterly reports for contract status, contract profit, unit cost report, cost projections, revenue projects, change order status and change order costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field and / or minimum of 5 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Experience working with project management and a thorough knowledge of heavy construction logistics, resource planning, construction sequencing and material management preferred.
- Familiar with a variety of the field construction concepts practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Viewpoint Accounting and Job Costing System is desirable.

The Scheduling and Planning Manager builds and maintains the project schedule and the different baselines in accordance with Claycoβs policies, owner requirements, and the on-going analysis of the network logic and validation as it complies with the intent of the project team. Cost and resource loading including the Clayco metrics and general conditions is required on all project schedules so, all report generation and cash flows will be a critical element of the role.
The Specifics of the Role
- Periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules. Collection of all pertinent data required to update the schedule. The Scheduler is responsible for collection of update data from multiple sources, including the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Owners Representatives and subcontractors. All update data shall be approved by the Project Manager prior to incorporation into the schedule.
- Maintenance of Project Schedule Baselines. Maintains Project Schedule Baselines in accordance with Claycoβs policy regarding Baselines and any additional requirements the Ownerβs contracts may include.
- Periodic Performance Report Generation. Generation of project specific Performance Reports as well as Clayco Standard reports, including but not limited to: Critical Activities Report, Baseline Deviation Report, Earned Value Performance Index Report and Project Cash Flow Report.
- Cost and Resource Loading of Schedules. Required at a minimum on all Clayco projects to include the Clayco Metrics Resource Set for project staff and General Conditions. As required by the project, updating cost and resource actuals may be required as part of the periodic progress update process.
- Network Logic Analysis and Validation. On-going analysis of the network logic and validation that it complies with the intent of the project team and that it complies with the Clayco Standard Guidelines for network logic. The network logic on-going analysis shall also include removal of extraneous and superfluous dependencies that may cause errors in calculating total float and criticality.
- Assist in preparation of Monthly Schedule Reporting. Preparation of the required reports for the project and shall include assisting with the draft of the Monthly Schedule Narrative.
- Schedule Development. Developing schedules from the ground up for both proposals and construction projects. Development of both types of schedules shall be a team effort.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related major is required.
- 6-10 years of scheduling experience.
- Data Center experience.
- Recent expertise and a proven knowledge of Primavera P-6 scheduling management system.
- Project Management experience working for general contractor preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook and willingness to regularly update skills.
- Knowledge in BIM and how it relates to scheduling and sequencing is preferred.
- Ability to travel and move depending on project locations.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for assigned projects, analyzing drawings and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and soliciting subcontractor pricing. This role works closely with the Pre-Construction team, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate, competitive, and timely bids. The Estimator will demonstrate a strong understanding of vertical commercial construction, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for assigned projects based on drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs for various trades using take-off software (e.g., E-Takeoff, On-Screen Takeoff).
- Assist in the development of conceptual estimates based on preliminary design documents.
- Develop subcontractor interest in projects and manage the solicitation process.
- Review and analyze subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with project specifications and scope.
- Prepare bid packages and scope sheets to ensure estimate completeness.
- Assist in preparing pre-bid schedules and establishing project timelines.
- Participate in bid reviews and strategy meetings with the Estimating Manager and Pre-Construction team.
- Contribute to value engineering efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to clarify project details and requirements.

Job Overview The Cost Analyst will oversee financial operations for one or more projects, including cost accounting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
They will develop cost estimates for projects based on work scope, specifications, and contract proposals using applicable estimating methodologies and tools; and analyze project requirements, plans, and specifications to identify labor, material, equipment, and service requirements.
They will use benchmark data, trends, prior estimates, and historical pricing schedules to generate detailed cost estimates that consist of itemized lists of expenses, labor hours, material quantities, and potential cost variations.
They may use different estimating methods, mathematical models, or specialized estimating software tools to generate estimates depending on the complexity and type of project.

Proposal Pricing & Compliance: a.
Lead the cost volume development for proposals (DoD, Prime Contractors).

Pricing Strategy & Competitive Analysis:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

International Trade & Supply Chain Financial Analysis:

Role Overview
The Supply & Distribution Planning Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning and distribution planning across multiple B2C channels and warehouses.
This role ensures optimal inventory levels, high in-stock rates, efficient replenishment, and cost-effective distribution to support rapid eCommerce growth.
This position requires strong analytical skills, forecasting accuracy, and hands-on execution experience in marketplace-driven environments (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, etc.). Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics counterparts to support the exponential business growth.
Responsibilities
1. Supply Planning
- Develop rolling 3 - 6-month supply plans based on sales forecasts, historical trends, and promotional calendars
- Align supply plans with Korea HQ production schedules and lead times
- Monitor inventory health (weeks of cover, sell-through, aging inventory, excess & obsolete)
- Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations across SKUs
- Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas suppliers and domestic transfers
- Manage safety stock policies by SKU and channel
- Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning assumptions
2. Distribution Planning (Multi-Warehouse & Multi-Channel)
- Allocate inventory across multiple warehouses and fulfillment nodes

- Manage FBA restock limits and replenishment strategies
- Monitor sell-through velocity by channel and adjust distribution accordingly

- Track in-stock rate and maintain >95% service level for top SKUs

The Distribution Planning Manager is responsible for owning the development of the analytics & implementation of a process to optimize the distribution efficiency through best-in-class WM waving standards and inventory slotting strategy. In addition, this position will lead the team responsible for executing the waving standards, as well as own the management of MRO supplies for the facility to include driving cost savings in partnership with the global procurement team.

- Own the development of the analytics and creation of new reporting that will optimize how product is waved to production to optimize productivity without sacrificing delivery to our customers
- Lead the team of production control admins that will execute the designed strategy for waving and track their adherence to plan for performance reviews
- SME (subject-matter-expert) in the DCβs slotting strategy and implementation of our slotting process in partnership with inventory control to ensure optimal picking paths are implemented quarterly based on demand & inventory availability changes
- Responsible for either directly executing or managing the team responsible for executing the procurement of MRO supplies for the facility to include ensuring delivery of material and consistent cost reduction projects
- Partner with other DCs to develop waving & slotting standards to help define a best-in-class process that is consistent across the entire network
- Own the siteβs high level capacity plan as supply leader within the S&OP process that includes partnering with demand planning & transportation teams to forecast incoming flow of items to proactively update slotting strategy to optimize inventory flow throughout the building
- Develop tools to be able to track historical trends and seasonality of SKUβs and provide insights back to the order management team to support the flow of inventory for the DC
