Job Description: As a Food Safety & Quality Associate you will ensure all HelloFresh mealkits meet food safety and quality standards (FSQ) and are safe for customers.
Shifts Available:
Thursday to Sunday - 6:45pm to 5:15am

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct required food safety checks, including taking product temperatures, verifying expiration dates, and performing sanitation swabs.
- Enforce and adhere to all safety, GMP, allergen control, food defense, PPE, hygiene, and SQF policies and procedures.
- Report FSQ problems and initiate corrective action, including shutting down the production line for major non-conformances.
- Audit, record results, and gather discarded product from the production floor.
- Coach employees to follow HelloFresh policies and support the sanitation team.
- Perform routine CCP verifications and instrument calibrations (scales/thermometer).
- Assist in non-conformance identification and CAPA analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must have basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).

As an Industrial Control Systems and Automation Program Manager, you will work with the maintenance teams to deep dive issues and opportunities within the control systems for conveyance, sortation systems, automated baggers, robotic systems, and more. You will develop instructor led technical training materials on these systems and deliver training to controls and automation technicians across the network. You will also provide technical support and serve as the Installation and Operational Qualification controls lead for new launch sites. FUNCTION:
In an assigned area or cell, under general supervision perform complex polishing and finishing operations of exacting tolerance on production or overhaul and repair parts. Parts are typically at or near final stages of the manufacturing process, with tight tolerance limits, requiring intense period of concentration for extended periods of time.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Work from drawings, sketches, computer-generated information and verbal instructions to plan the polishing, finishing or re-work operation to be performed.
- Must be capable of following standard finishing applications in order to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics.
- Must have comprehensive understanding of the material characteristics being worked on in order to determine the appropriate wheel, grit, compound or abrasive texture to use in order to achieve desired finish and dimension.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum (2) years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field
• Proficiency using CAD tools (i.e. Creo, AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Desired (not required):
• Experience with CAD solid modeling tools and analysis tools with an emphasis on ProE / CREO Parametric
• Experience with creating design drawing packages
• Experience in Model Based Engineering or Model Based Design
• Previous Internship and/or Co-Op

Write, develop, and edit CNC programs in conjunction with continuous improvements
Plan machining operations by reviewing work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters;
interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Coordinates with engineering and manufacturing staff to resolve issues regarding manufacturability of designs
Create Programming instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data in order to calculate correct part dimension for machines,
tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
Occasionally set up and operate CNC equipment as needed.
Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing,
knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to
quality assurance procedures and processes.
Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers, and fixtures and gauges
to check work and perform detailed inspection of parts produced
Read Instrumentation and gauges to accurately measure dimensions on parts being machined within specified tolerance.
Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in CNC programming
Experience programming 5 Axis vertical and horizontal mill machines.
Must have knowledge of high temp alloy metals such as titanium, Inconel, aluminum and stainless steels
Must be proficient in CATIA V5
Must having working knowledge of 3D solid modeling concepts and design skills.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review orders and quotes for accurate sizing information.
- Ensure original order accuracy for remakes.
- Create production and vendor drawings using AutoCAD.
- Generate special grille drawings for glass vendors.
- Develop DXF files for glass
- Create templates for manufacturing specific units.
- Prepare drawings, dimensions, and PDFs for all production facilities and outside vendors.
- Size units from customer supplied templates
- Calculate specific dimensions for non-current products using formulas.
- Provide dimensions and angles for trap cutters.
- Analyze and resolve sizing issues for production staff.
- Problem-solve discrepancies in drawings within quoting software.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

Key Results Areas by level of work:
Level I: Quality - Complete and accurate work performed efficiently
- Production quality and efficiency using appropriate tools and equipment, qualified to perform special processes as needed
- Working from drawings, specifications, manuals, codes, etc., determines the sub-assemblies necessary, the centerlines and quadrant locations for shell openings.
- Directs or personally cuts out these openings.
- Fits up and tack welds nozzles, plates, lift lugs, couplings and reinforcements specified for large units.
- Makes temporary fixtures when standard fixtures are not available.
- Sets up face block, jogs and fixtures in proper locations to minimize the effect of heat, weld distortion and shrinkage during subsequent welding operations.
- Repairs and straightens damaged or bent parts.
- Size of positioning of work may require incumbents of this position to operate a variety of material handling equipment including jibs, overhead cranes, and their accessories.
- May design and make templates.
- Is alert to subsequent machining allowances
- May consult with welder on methods to offset effects of heat on dimension alignment to obtain final dimension and weld appearance.
- May be involved with Supervisor and Drafting/Engineering when corrective action is required because of non-conformities or drawing errors.
- Where products are repetitive, may fabricate and construct fixtures, position riqs and their devices to expedite production.
- Uses an assortment of measuring tools such as straight edge, tape, welding gauges, etc. to ensure proper weld dimensions
- Consistently meets customer's quality requirements and expectations.
