- Ability to transfer completed bundles of product (10-30 lbs) off machine conveyor and stack onto pallets or into mail bags that potentially weigh from 5 to 75 lbs.ย Then place mail bags onto pallet.

Position Summary
The Accounting & Compliance Manager is responsible for NPDC's financial bookkeeping, HR compliance, and grant administration. This role ensures that the organization maintains accurate financial records, meets all employment and reporting requirements, and remains audit-ready as NPDC grows.
This position is intentionally scoped as a part-time, senior administrative role focused on accuracy, documentation, and compliance. It does not supervise staff or manage day-to-day operations.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for patients of all ages. Functions in a structured care setting and adheres to the policies and procedures established by Sanford. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for the patient in the relevant clinical setting and possess the ability to perform testing to assess data reflective of the patient's status and to interpret appropriately the information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to the age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
