***MUST WORK 2ND SHIFT-4:30PM-12:30AM, Must work onsite, 5 days a week for first 90 days, then move to Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote).****
Our client is seeking a 2nd shift individual to help support their clients (mainly financial services/banking clients) in preparing PowerPoint decks as well as other Desktop Publishing duties. This role will not be creating new templates in PowerPoint but rather making updates to existing templates for presentation decks. In additional to this, duties could include changing out colors, logos, images, content, etc. as needed. Other work includes retouching of images, inputting photos or creating tables in Excel. Must have strong attention to detail to ensure content is formatting properly and presenting properly for both digital and print.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work
- Thoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle
- Perform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books and materials, creating, editing, and error correcting multiple document types to support the client’s brand; intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed (will use PowerPoint frequently)
- Use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests to client satisfaction
- Proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions
- Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns
- Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients
- Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
Qualifications:
- Minimum (1) year presentations experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
- Skilled in the use MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio as examples);
- Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents; specifically, Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop as examples)

The Analyst, Desktop Support is responsible for the maintenance, installation, repairs and overall support of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and IoT medical devices to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). The Analyst documents, upgrades and/or replaces hardware and software as required. This position will work together with the Help Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems.
Experience:
1. Preferred one to three (1 to 3) years of experience on a desktop support services team; healthcare experience preferred.

Job Summary
The Library () at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable librarian to lead and manage digital accessibility services to further support the Library's ongoing commitment to ensure that all Library resources and digital assets can be used by all members of the Georgia Tech community, regardless of ability. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian works collaboratively across the library to ensure a unified strategy for proactive and remediated digital resource accessibility, including Course Reserves, Interlibrary Loan, Digital Repository, and other Library digital interfaces. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services this position will serve as the Service Owner for the Library's Title II and Accessibility initiatives including coordinating digital accessibility remediation, working with vendors and campus partners, and participating in strategic decision-making as a core member of various internal and external committees. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian will provide expert advice regarding digital accessibility to inform and support the Georgia Tech Library's vision of innovating services, tools, and access to all for an inclusive future.
Responsibilities
This is a 12-month faculty position with an effort distribution of 80% excellence in assigned duties, 10% scholarship, and 10% professional service to the library profession. - Lead and manage the Library's Title II Digital Access Service that includes the coordination and prioritization of requests, compliance, and vendor relationships related to digital accessibility and Title II.

- Advise Library Leadership, Library colleagues, students, faculty, and staff and other GT Units on Digital Access best practices and compliance.

Job Description:
- We are seeking a Digital Accessibility Product Design Specialist with deep expertise in digital accessibility to support product design teams in creating inclusive digital experiences.
- This role focuses on embedding accessibility into the design phase of product development, ensuring accessibility considerations are integrated early in the UX lifecycle. The specialist will partner closely with UX designers to review designs, guide accessible interaction patterns, and help prevent accessibility issues before development begins.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product or UX Design and later specialized in accessibility, with hands-on experience applying accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design practices across modern digital products.
- This is a design-focused accessibility role that emphasizes guiding accessible UX patterns during the design process rather than accessibility testing or engineering remediation.
Responsibilities:
Accessibility Design Integration
- Partner with UX and product design teams to incorporate accessibility best practices during the design and concept stages of product development.
- Review UX designs, wireframes, and interaction patterns to ensure accessibility considerations are addressed early.
- Guide designers on accessible interaction patterns, UI components, and inclusive user flows.
- Identify potential accessibility barriers during design reviews and recommend improvements.
Accessible UX Guidance
- Provide expertise on inclusive design principles and accessible UX patterns.
- Ensure proper color contrast, typography, spacing, focus states, and keyboard accessibility in digital interfaces.
- Support designers in building accessible components and patterns within design systems.
- Evaluate design prototypes and user flows for accessibility risks before development.
- Use assistive technologies and accessibility tools to validate design decisions.
- Provide guidance on designing for users relying on screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
- Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience working in digital accessibility.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 / 2.2.
- Hands-on familiarity with assistive technologies including:
- JAWS
- NVDA
- VoiceOver
- TalkBack
- Experience guiding designers on accessible UX patterns and inclusive interaction design.
- Hands-on experience using assistive technologies to validate accessibility considerations.
- Experience identifying accessibility issues during the design phase of product development.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools including:
- Figma
- Jira or Atlassian
- Experience testing accessibility elements such as:
- Screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard navigation and focus management
- Color contrast and visual accessibility
- Assistive technology usability
Skills:
