We are seeking a Gastroenterologist Physician for a 120-day assignment in Kentucky, starting Jun 1, 2026. Our client is looking for a professional to provide M-F clinic coverage from 8am to 4:30pm, complemented by weeknight call from 4:30pm to 8am. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including various upper and lower GI endoscopic procedures, biopsies, and foreign body removal to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform Upper GI endoscopy, including biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery versus laser), and injection of varices.
- Conduct Small Bowel biopsy.
- Execute Lower GI endoscopy, including flexible and rigid sigmoidoscopy.
- Perform Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp.
- Conduct Liver biopsy.
- ERCP and EUS skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
A Commercial Banking Officer - Middle Market will perform a variety of duties to meet the commercial service needs of business customers and will include some lending authority. This position requires an employee able to develop new business relationships with prospective customers and maintain continuous business relationships with present customers. A valid drivers license is required.
- Solicit new business from present and prospective customers
- Maintain ongoing business relationships with present customers in order to take advantage of additional cross-selling opportunities
- Provide sales information on a timely basis in order that this information may be included as part of customer service and sales performance reports
- Monitor individual sales performance versus objectives on a regular basis and discuss performance with appropriate supervisor on a frequent basis
- Serve as a member of the Bank's sales team (e.g., Branch Manager) and make group sales calls where these types of calls will improve the opportunity for new business development
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank commercial products and services in order to ascertain customer needs and to sell in conjunction with these needs
- Provide direct service to commercial customers of the bank with respect to deposit, loan, and other miscellaneous products and services
- Approve or reject loan applications within individual lending authority
- Assist customers in obtaining specialized services from other bank departments as necessary and provide help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems
- Maintain a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all customer service calls and meetings made with present and prospective customers
- Provide quality service to internal and external customers
- Demonstrate cooperative efforts in working with other departments and within own department
- Jointly establish annual quantitative customer service and sales objectives with assigned supervisor; this activity to be integrated with the Commercial Lending Department's annual operating plan
- Comply with established operating policies and procedures in order to maintain adequate controls and to support the Bank's adherence to outside regulatory requirements
- Communicate with management and staff personnel in order to integrate goals and activities
- Respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other bank personnel, customers, etc., within given time frames and within established policy
- Maintain appropriate records and provide assigned reports.
- Monitor and review accounts for appropriate risk rating to avoid risk rating changes by loan review, the Office of Comptroller of Currency (OCC) and other loan review processes.
- Provide guidance, on-the-job training and technical assistance to Commercial Loan Officers 1(s) and 2(s)
Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Ideal candidate should have a minimum five (5) years experience in related positions.
- B.S. or B.A. Degree in a related field preferred

The Engineering Leader is responsible for leading the Design Engineering organization across the company and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering Operations, this role oversees Engineering Managers and Design Engineering teams, driving accountability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
A core focus of this position is ensuring Design and Project Engineers are positioned to perform their highest-value work-developing client relationships, shaping execution strategies, and ensuring system accuracy and expected functionality. This role partners closely with Engineering Documentation leadership to ensure documentation and support workflows are effectively leveraged, allowing Design Engineering resources to remain focused on technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

- Own the performance, development, and accountability of Engineering Managers leading Design Engineering teams, setting clear expectations and holding leaders responsible for team results, delivery quality, and professional growth.

Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Laboratory Excellence Sr. Auditor based in Buffalo, New York. As a Laboratory Excellence Sr. Auditor, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to satisfy the training needs of Lactalis USA Labs, as well as assuming responsibility for the auditing of all Lactalis USA Labs (12 relay labs + 8 auditing).
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Coordinate travel to all USA labs, report of their compliance against the Lactalis testing expectations (SOPs, reproducibility, etc.). Create a force of proposal for improvement and follow up.
- As a Lactalis laboratory accredited auditor, you will plan, organize and perform lab audits for all internal and external labs used by Lactalis in USA, follow up on all corrective actions noted during auditing, make proposals for acceptance (or not) of new external labs (chemistry and micro), based on audit results and compliance within Lactalis protocols.
- Responsibility of "Lab relay" for the USA (that includes plants laboratories, such as LAG, LUSY, Karoun, and LHD); travel to all laboratories in the US to bring testing methods according to the Lactalis standards. Will organize bi-weekly teams meetings with each lab, following on corrective actions and updates on progress
- Responsibility of the integration of any new labs, as Lactalis pursue new acquisitions, as they will need to be transitioned into Lactalis Lab procedures and protocols.
- Manage the Lactalis Cecalait verification system with all laboratories, helping to troubleshoot when out of compliance
- Contribute to ongoing meetings such as : Monthly Teams Meeting with Groupe Lactalis (France), Quarterly meetings with each division Quality leader about lab progress, Quarterly meetings with each division VP Quality.
- Provide recommendations for new alternative test methods, thus improving lab efficiencies
- Maintain communications with Groupe Lactalis: reports and KPIs to DQG in Laval, attend annual group Lactalis seminars for Laboratory and R&D updates and incorporate them into US Lab practices
