Trend Research

  • Conduct research on trends, fabrications, colors, construction techniques, and runway relevant to identify the market trend


Design

  • Initiate and maintain flat sketches, artworks and CADs in Adobe Illustrator
  • Work on seasonal print and yarn-dye development
  • Build and organize design development boards, fabric and trim library, line sheets, charts etc
  • Develop product and trim in accordance with SKU plans, sales needs, and emerging trends
  • Responsible for administration and follow up of product design and develop process to include preparation of technical packages and seasonal presentation boards, understanding of PLM process, email correspondence, etc.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Fabric & Sample Management

  • Manage/review/follow up on fabric/trim/knitdowns/strike-offs/wash panels etc approvals by categories and by seasons

  • Communicate directly with fabric mills, factories, agents, and print houses
  • Review production samples for details
  • Follow up and communicate with vendors throughout the production process

Graphics & Denim Development

  • Revise graphic artworks as needed, create graphic tech packs
  • Manage artwork libraries
  • Review denim washes and make wash comments
  • Manage and organize denim washes, fabrics, trims, etc.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

· 2-3 years minimum full time working experience in men’s apparel (knits/sweater/denim preferred), with particular focus on knits categories

· Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design

· Exhibits a strong work ethic, have the passion to learn and grow in the fashion industry

· Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as a team player

· Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation

· Ability to adjust to changing work demands and able to handle multiple tasks at once

Your responsibility is to take a defined 2026 marketing strategy and turn it into a functioning system: campaigns launched, landing pages live, CRM automations running, creative produced, reporting clean, and qualified leads flowing consistently to sales.


You will report directly to one of the founders/owners. Organic social and execution workflows should run without daily supervision. You will be the final editor and quality control for brand output.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Team Management

  • Own day-to-day marketing execution across our portfolio of 6 boutique hospitality companies.
  • Manage remote virtual assistants (VAs), contractors, and creative vendors with clear SOPs and quality control.
  • Run weekly marketing scorecard meetings covering performance, bottlenecks, and next actions.

Paid Growth Ads (Meta + Google)

  • Rebuild and manage campaign structure by property and segment.
  • Present organized ad batches for approval and launch.
  • Manage agency relationships (if applicable) with the goal of bringing best practices of paid ads in-house.
  • Maintain always-on retargeting and disciplined prospecting.

Creative Production

  • Plan and produce roughly quarterly photo/video shoots
  • Build reusable asset library for ads, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Maintain and expand creative vendor relationships.

Social Media & Other Marketing Channels

  • Oversee and execute social media management and influencer campaigns
  • Manage Google Business with regular posts, review responses, Q&A updates, etc.
  • Audit/improve property listings on OTAs, wedding/event platforms, etc.
  • Execute PR / media outreach and placement coordination
  • Oversee email/text marketing campaigns for Reverie and each property

CRM & Lifecycle

Oversee our web developer VA and marketing VAs to:

  • Implement and manage CRM as the group sales CRM.
  • Build segment-based pipelines (wedding, corporate, wellness).
  • Implement Fit Form qualification before calendar booking.
  • Build email + SMS automation (instant response, 14-day nurture, long nurture foundations).

Website & Conversion

Oversee our web developer VA to:

  • Provide guidance on website enhancements and SEO management
  • Build and optimize segment-specific landing pages per property.
  • Own ad → landing page → qualification → booking conversion flow.

Tracking & Reporting

Oversee our web developer VA and marketing VAs to:

  • Enforce UTM standards and coordinate GA4/GTM tracking.
  • Ensure Meta Pixel + Conversions API and Google Ads tracking are accurate.
  • Deliver weekly KPI scorecard (marketing, sales funnel, revenue metrics).


First 90 Days

1. First 30 Days:

  • CRM buildout + Fit Form live.
  • Tracking baseline verified (UTMs, GA4, pixel/CAPI).
  • Priority landing pages published.

2. Days 31–60:

  • Paid campaigns refreshed and segmented.
  • Email/SMS nurture sequences active.
  • Weekly KPI reporting cadence established.

3. Days 61–90:

  • Creative library organized and mapped to campaigns.
  • Offline conversion tracking plan implemented.
  • Vine launch marketing cadence prepared and scheduled.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years in marketing operations, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Strong CRM + automation experience (GoHighLevel preferred).
  • Experience managing Meta + Google campaigns directly or via agency.
  • Lead social media strategy and influencer program
  • Comfortable with tracking (UTMs, GA4, GTM, pixel/CAPI).
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.

Core Responsibilities


Digital Production

·Produce and build email marketing campaigns, including layout, asset preparation, and final production.

·Create ads for paid and organic social channels using campaign assets. Adapt ad creative into multiple sizes and formats while following digital best practices and platform standards.

·Create digital assets for ecommerce such as banners, landing pages, and product pages.

·Adapt creative assets for multiple formats, platforms, and devices.

·Edit, trim, resize, and optimize existing video content for use across paid ads, organic social, and other digital marketing channels.


Photo & Asset Management

·Perform photo retouching, resizing, and optimization for digital use while maintaining a well-organized photo asset library.

·Organize, manage, and maintain digital asset libraries, including file naming conventions and

version control.


Brand Systems & Consistency

·Closely follow brand and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

·Create, document, and maintain style guides as the brand evolves.


Quality Control

·Collaborate with key leadership, associate art director, designers, marketers, project managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets.

·Maintain a high standard of accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all production work.


Required Qualifications


Experience

·Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Production Design,

or equivalent professional experience.

·2+ years of professional experience in digital production design or graphic design.


Technical Skills

·Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects),

with strong Photoshop skills.

·Strong visual design language, typography, and layout skills.

·Proven experience working within and enforcing brand systems and style guides.

·Expert in digital media; knowledge of print media is a plus.
