Position Overview
The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for driving new business growth and strategic partnerships for the agency. This role leads the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of new pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients while strengthening the agency’s market presence and revenue pipeline. The VP will report to the CEO and collaborate with executive leadership, strategy, and creative teams to develop compelling solutions that address client needs and support long-term agency growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships
- Lead RFI/RFP responses and pitch development with cross-functional teams
- Meet or exceed annual revenue and new business targets
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Strategic Leadership

Market Development
- Identify emerging opportunities in digital health, biotech launches, patient engagement, and omnichannel marketing

Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, sales, or client growth experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing/advertising
- Proven track record of winning and growing multi-million-dollar client relationships

Identify, acquire, and lead multifunctional, global project teams (project team sizes 15-60) Manage relationships with various technology and business communities to achieve project objectives Plan and manage the project scope, schedule, and budget to fulfill objectives and satisfy project requirements and strategy.
Develop, drive and maintain integrated project plans, and timelines aligning project tactics with project strategy.

Formulate risk mitigation strategies and recommend solutions Manage the processes required to ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, distribution, storage, retrieval, and ultimate disposition of project information and documentation necessary for successful communications across all stakeholders and any required updates to living system documents for validated systems Qualifications: BA/BS with a minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech or Informatics / IT industry.
Prefer 10-12 years project management experience PMP certification or certification in-progress preferred Experience supporting technical development and transfer activities with a focus on cell and gene therapy preferred.
Ideal candidate has previous experience working with external collaborators.
Excellent PowerPoint, collaboration systems and g-suite skills (or similar).
Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet and data visualization tools (e.g.

Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on B2B brands.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn advertising, including lead-gen campaigns, audience segmentation, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience in boosting posts and running paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.

Position Title: Operations Support Associate
Work Location: North Chicago, IL 60064
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: First shift (day shift) Flexible working hours Typical core hours around 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Position Summary:
* Work Nature- High-volume, fast-paced, very active workload
* Support document management activities for non-clinical / preclinical safety documents
* Perform formatting, bookmarking, linking, and document organization
* Ensure documents are accurate, well-formatted, and ready for submission
Key Responsibilities:
* Format documents using Microsoft Word
* Perform bookmarking and linking using Adobe tools
* Use internal tools/overlays (training will be provided)
* Manage and organize documents in the electronic submission system (document repository)
* Support preparation of documents for regulatory submissions
* Work on documents across the entire lifecycle:
- Study initiation documents
- Internal communications
- Reports and summaries
- Regulatory submission documents (IND, BLA, etc.)
- * Ensure document quality, consistency, and accuracy
- * Identify issues proactively and communicate them early
- * Work collaboratively with scientists, CROs, and internal teams
- * Handle high volume of documents efficiently * Maintain timelines and deliverables
Qualification & Experience:

Responsibilities:- Receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers
- Provide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams when required
- Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets.
- Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
- Utilize Knowledge Base materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
- Develop a working knowledge of company related security and privacy practices.
- Participate in continued education on product changes, new features and product launches
- Help improve the patient experience by sharing feedback with management to further develop the product, materials and processes
- Bilingual Vietnamese required, with strong command of the English language
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required
- Healthcare, pharmacy or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus

- Full time, 40 hrs/week (5x8), rotating Saturdays 1/month: 9am- 5pm
