Job Summary

The Senior Vendor Management Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening BJ’s technology vendor and asset management capabilities. This position partners closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure effective governance, financial transparency, compliance, and performance across BJ’s technology vendor portfolio. The role has a strong focus on Software Asset Management (SAM), including oversight of enterprise tooling (e.g., Flexera/Flexera One), data quality, license compliance, and optimization insights. In addition, the Senior Vendor Management Analyst supports vendor budgeting, performance management, and contract management maturity, helping define best practices and drive continuous improvement across processes and outcomes. This position requires a combination of analytical rigor, operational execution, and relationship management skills, and is well-suited for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment while influencing stakeholders and improving enterprise-level vendor and asset management practices.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities and duties that are associated with the Senior Vendor Management Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:


Software Asset Management

  • Manage team member performing day-to-day administration of Flexera/Flexera One, including data imports, normalization, license modeling updates, and system configuration tasks.
  • Monitor data quality, license compliance positions, resolve ingestion errors, and maintain integration health across connected systems (e.g., SCCM, ServiceNow) and develop plant to mitigate
  • Continue to improve our discovery and monitoring capabilities to ensure complete and accurate coverage
  • Identify cost savings and optimization opportunities, such as unused licenses, right sizing subscriptions, or consolidating tools and vendors.


Vendor Budget Planning and Management

  • Work closely with VMO Manager, Finance and technology leadership to support annual planning and budgeting process from an external spend perspective
  • Develop and streamline reporting


Vendor Performance and Relationship Management

  • Support the team in applying vendor management standards for assigned vendor tiers (prepare templates, meeting agendas, and performance trackers).
  • Upskill BJs team members on vendor relationship management practices
  • Help improve vendor performance and develop strong vendor relationships
  • Support vendor onboarding/offboarding checklists and documentation and tracking vendor metrics


Vendor and Contract Management Maturity

  • Work with technology leaders to define what β€œgood” looks like for vendor and contract management and develop a prioritized roadmap needed to get there
  • Help execute against the maturity roadmap to mature vendor management and contract management processes, practices, to deliver better outcomes
  • Collaborate with technology teams and procurement to ensure purchase data, entitlement records, and contract information are accurately represented
  • Provide on-demand analytical support to the VMO Manager & Tech Leadership for executive reporting, budget tracking, and contract assessments.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, IT Vendor Management or related IT governance roles
  • Proven hands-on experience with Flexera Software Asset Management (Flexera/Flexera One) or similar enterprise SAM tools.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing for major vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).

Job Summary

Point32Health is looking for a dynamic Vendor Manager to drive strategy and execution for our ancillary and supplemental benefit partners. This is an opportunity for significant ownership and accountability for an important lever for our organization. This person will be partnering with a cross section of key stakeholders to help execute our long-term strategy to create a top tier member experience while driving down costs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned contracting leader who has a track record of working collaboratively both internally and externally to negotiate, execute, and performance manage contracts and relationships.

The Provider Vendor Manager supports sourcing, contract execution, and performance management for key vendor partners, including but not limited to Dental, Vision, Durable Medical, Transportation, Hearing, and other Medicare supplemental benefits. The Manager of Vendor Oversight is responsible for relationship management with assigned ancillary providers/vendors, as well as the contractual performance and maintenance of the vendor to ensure compliance, performance, and accurate payment. Job Description

Strategy & Product Development

  • Contractual performance and oversight. Work with internal business partners in the management of vendor Service Level Agreements and Performance Guarantees. This includes receiving vendor reports, arranging and attending Joint Operating meetings, reviewing, and documenting vendor performance and assessing corrective actions where applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners on the collection, analysis, and maintenance of relevant data.
  • Strategy and development - Support the development of plans and operational solutions to address changes to vendor programs on an annual basis.

Vendor Contracting

  • Work with finance and internal business owners to analyze ROI of various vendors.
  • In partnership with Product Leaders, evaluate, negotiate, and recommend changes to new and existing contracts to best support P32H stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the project management of contract implementations and renegotiation functions, from pre-contracting to activation, according to pre-determined internal guidelines and financial standards, while ensuring a smooth transition of services for members

Vendor Implementation & Management

  • Assist in new vendor delegation implementation or de-delegation.
  • Assist with management of Material Subcontractors.
  • Vendor relationship management process including building, nurturing, and maintaining positive working relationships between P32H and its Vendors.
  • Ensure contract requirements are adhered to, including language, terms, and reimbursement requirements.
  • Ensure vendors obtain and maintain compliance with any P32H and or regulatory requirements.
  • Act as resource for internal teams when consultant, business associate and nondisclosure agreements or other information to support Compliance are required.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the vendor oversight process.

Job Summary: As a Quality Vendor Specialist at IEF, you will be accountable for all external suppliers and vendors meet the facade company’s quality, performance, and compliance standards. This position is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and continuously improving vendor quality to align with project specifications, industry regulations, and internal company requirements. Working closely with procurement, engineering, and quality assurance teams, the Quality Vendor Specialist acts as a key liaison between the company and its vendor base to maintain and enhance the quality of materials, components, and services used in facade construction projects.

What You'll Do:

Triage, diagnose, and resolve IQVIA data and connectivity issues
Coordinate with IQVIA support on escalations, root-cause analysis, and incident remediation
Maintain state guidelines by storing and sharing Schedule Drug Reporting Guides for each state
Maintain the Liberty schedule drug reporting templates to stay up to date with guidance by state
Communicate changes to the appropriate Liberty teams to ensure pharmacies are converted to new formats
Troubleshoot schedule drug reporting issues
Submit and track Surescripts cases (e.g., NTA, network provisioning, SPI updates, routing/NPI issues, EPCS/eRx connectivity)
Troubleshoot issues related to Surescripts and respond to cases created by Surescripts support
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot internal and external data feeds
Partner with development and infrastructure teams for feed enhancements and issues
Submit and manage A2P 10DLC brand, campaign registrations, and use-case approvals with Twilio
Troubleshoot tickets related to texts not sending from Twilio when initiated by the pharmacy software
Diagnose and resolve RXQOne syncing issues
Collaborate with DevOps/Engineering on logs, metrics, and hotfixes; validate post-fix stability
Proactively identify patterns and drive permanent corrective actions

Qualifications:

2+ years in connectivity/integration support, technical operations, or healthcare data operations.
Hands-on experience with SFTP, APIs (REST/JSON), and log analysis
Familiarity with healthcare data flows (eRx, EPCS, SPIs/NPIs, NCPDP standards) and vendor networks (e.g., Surescripts)
Working knowledge of A2P 10DLC/Twilio registration, campaign compliance, and messaging deliverability
Strong troubleshooting methodology (hypothesis-driven), clear ticket documentation, and stakeholder communication
Comfortable with tools such as: SMMS, Excel/CSV validation, and ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)
Experience working directly with IQVIA data products or similar healthcare data aggregators a plus
Background in pharmacy software/platforms; understanding of drug reporting obligations preferred
Exposure to HL7/FHIR, NCPDP SCRIPT, or other healthcare data standards
Basic scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell) for automation and data checks
