This role sits at the intersection of high-level executive support, personal assistance, and creative collaboration.
This is not your typical EA role. From managing packed calendars to supporting social content shoots, international travel, company events, and daily to-dos β youβll help keep both the business and the CEOβs personal brand running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage CEOβs work and personal calendar with precision; schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Oversee inbox management; draft responses and flag priority items
- Attend meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up action items
- Maintain and manage the CEOβs daily to-do list, priorities, and long-term goals
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing the CEOβs time and workload effectively
- Coordinate domestic and international travel (including arrangements for her small dog)
- Send and arrange vendor and personal payments on behalf of CEO
Creative & Brand Support
- Support CEOβs personal social media presence (TikTok & Instagram): film, edit, brainstorm, and keep content aligned with trends and brand identity
- Offer creative input for event outfits, content shoots, and personal brand moments
- Source, pick up, and return items for content, events, and daily needs
- Manage closet organization and resale (e.g., Postmark listings)
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Run personal errands, book travels, make reservations, and execute lifestyle tasks with care and discretion
- Maintain the CEOβs office space and household organization and logistics
- Assist with CEOβs small dogs, as needed (must be dog-friendly)
- Drive for errands or events when needed (must hold a valid driverβs license and be comfortable driving in NYC)
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and bill payments
Project & Event Coordination
- Organize personalized gifting and coordinate events
- Help plan and coordinate company events and special projects
- Support internal creative initiatives and cross-functional priorities
- Anticipate the CEOβs needs and proactively look around corners for solutions

Requirements
- 3+ years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience, preferably in fast-paced, creative environments
- Based in NYC with deep familiarity navigating the city

- Prior experience supporting social media or a personal brand is a strong plus
- Must love dogs and be flexible to assist as needed
- Available for occasional evening/weekend needs based on CEOβs schedule or travel/events

Store Planner

Position Summary
The Store Planner is responsible for ensuring that store inventory levels are aligned with each locationβs sales potential, productivity, and trends. This role builds and manages storeβlevel plans, partners closely with Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, and Store Leadership, and plays a critical part in optimizing inventory to maximize sales, margin, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detailβoriented, and comfortable working crossβfunctionally in a fastβpaced, dataβdriven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Store Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain storeβlevel sales, inventory, and receipt plans that support company financial goals.
- Analyze historical performance, current trends, and store attributes to determine optimal inventory levels by location.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce overstock, and support regional and storeβspecific needs.
- Partner with Merchandise Planning to ensure store plans align with category strategies and financial targets.
Inventory Optimization
- Monitor store inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales trends, capacity, and productivity.
- Recommend inventory shifts, rebalances, and replenishment strategies to maximize sales and minimize stockouts or excess.
- Collaborate with Allocation and Replenishment to execute inventory strategies that support both preβseason and inβseason plans.
- Provide insights into store clustering, grading, and capacity to support more accurate planning and allocation.
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on store performance, inventory health, and key KPIs.
- Analyze store trends and identify risks and opportunities at the location, region, and chain level.
- Present findings and recommendations to crossβfunctional partners and leadership in a clear, actionable format.
CrossβFunctional Partnership
- Work closely with Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, Store Operations, and Merchandising to ensure alignment on inventory strategies.
- Support new store openings, remodels, and closures with appropriate inventory planning and analysis.
- Partner with Store Leadership to understand qualitative insights that complement quantitative data.
Qualifications
- 2β3 years of experience in store planning, allocation, merchandise planning, or a related retail planning function.
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with planning or allocation and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, Shopify, Island Pacific, or similar) preferred.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all quality control on production floor, from properly pulling and measuring ingredients, correctly making/mixing cookie dough, proper packaging, lot codes, weight checks,
SQF records: cold storage, scale calibration, production, packaging, x-ray, pre-operation and operation records
Records Management SQF: approves daily records, handles all receiving, shipping, weekly, monthly and quarterly records (with CEO). Pull COA's directly with manufacturers and distributors, and managing frequency of allergen and microbiological testing.
Manage documentation related to quality systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.
Lead training initiatives for staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends and develop corrective actions as necessary.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding quality-related inquiries.

Overview
The Senior Planning Manager for the Wholesale Division is a critical leadership role responsible for driving accurate demand planning, forecasting, and inventory alignment across all wholesale partners. Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting

- 5β7 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or Wholesale Operations, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of wholesale account dynamics, order management workflows, and retail math.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/PLM systems preferred.
