Job Overview: The Fair Lending Banking Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Bankβs Fair Lending Compliance Program to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain a strong fair lending risk profile. This role serves as the program owner for all Fair Lending governance, risk assessment, monitoring, reporting, training, and regulatory examination readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities
Fair Lending Program Ownership & Governance
- Design, implement, and oversee the Bankβs enterprise-wide Fair Lending Compliance Program, ensuring it is risk-based and aligned with the Bankβs size, complexity, and business model
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and owner for Fair Lending risk management across all lending products and business lines
- Advise Senior Management and the Board of Directors on emerging Fair Lending risks, regulatory expectations, and program effectiveness
Risk Assessment & Monitoring
- Develop and execute the Bankβs annual Fair Lending risk assessment, evaluating underwriting, pricing, marketing, steering, redlining, and product risk
- Design and oversee a robust Fair Lending monitoring framework, including:
- Comparative file reviews
- Redlining analysis
- Marketing and outreach reviews

- Identify root causes of Fair Lending issues and ensure timely remediation and control enhancements
Reporting & Regulatory Engagement

- Serve as the primary owner for Fair Lending regulatory examinations (OCC, FDIC, CFPB, state regulators), including preparation, issue management, and response development

- Develop and maintain all Fair Lending-related policies, procedures, and program documentation

Cross-Functional Leadership

Program Manager β Autonomous Vehicle Driver/Operator Program
Location: South Bay, SF Bay Area

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and scale our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Driver/Operator Program. This role oversees daily AV operations, driver recruitment and training, compliance, safety performance, and crossβfunctional coordination to support safe, efficient, and highβquality autonomous vehicle testing and deployment.
This program is currently operating at Level 2 autonomy, with a planned transition to Level 3 operations later this year, requiring an even higher level of operational rigor, safety governance, and process maturity. The ideal candidate has deep experience in AV programs (Level 2 or above required), field operations leadership, and the rollout of safetyβdriven programs in regulated environments.
This position requires being onsite MondayβFriday, for the first 60 days to support program rampβup. While this role is not expected to travel frequently, openness to travel is preferred as the program expands to future markets such as Atlanta and Jacksonville.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Own endβtoβend management of the AV Driver/Operator Program, including planning, execution, scaling, and continuous improvement.
- Build, refine, and operationalize processes to support AV testing across multiple markets as the program matures.
- Develop KPIs to measure safety, quality, training effectiveness, operator performance, and overall program health.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with internal goals, legal requirements, and AV readiness milestones.

Facilitator Responsibilities: We are seeking outstanding instructors (TSPs) who are Nationally Board Certified and understand the processes and rigor of earning this certification. Final format (hybrid: online and in person) will be developed in collaboration with the Nevada National Board Support Center.

Role Description
The I.T. Systems & Support Manager serves as the operational backbone of enterprise technology delivery, ensuring stable infrastructure, responsive end-user support, and disciplined execution of IT initiatives across a multi-location organization. This hands-on role balances daily technical support, systems administration, and project-based execution while reinforcing cybersecurity standards, process efficiency, and scalable technology operations aligned with business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
β’Β Lead helpdesk operations including ticket triage, escalation management, SLA tracking, and Tier I/II support
β’Β Own and optimize ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management workflows
β’Β Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base resources
β’Β Execute system rollouts, hardware deployments, automation initiatives, and project-based technical improvements
Enterprise Systems & Support Operations
β’Β Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform) and support hybrid cloud infrastructure
β’Β Maintain Active Directory, endpoint management, network systems, and distributed hardware environments
β’Β Support program management and enterprise platforms (Yardi ERP, PropTech App Integrations, Telecom)
β’Β Coordinate hardware procurement, lifecycle management, vendor support, and support in cost-control initiatives
Security & Compliance
β’Β Monitor security alerts and escalate issues appropriately
β’Β Assist with enforcing access controls and information security policies
β’Β Support backup verification and business continuity processes

Qualifications
- 3β5+ years IT systems administration or technical support experience preferred
- Strong skills in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage projects
- Proactive approach to project-based work, ability to set and meet deadlines
- Experience in real estate, Yardi ERP systems, or other multi-family software solutions is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure/hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
