Role Overview
The IT Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation of the company’s technology systems and provides internal help desk support across the organization.
This role requires strong troubleshooting ability, clear communication, and a systems-oriented mindset. The IT Coordinator will help maintain user access, configure employee technology, and support core platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

This position is based in Brooksville, FL, with hybrid flexibility depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support and resolve internal technical issues across company systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues for Team Members
- Configure laptops, mobile devices, and system access for new employees prior to onboarding
- Administer and support internal platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft 365
- Maintain user permissions and system configurations across company tools & platforms
- Assist with the development and maintenance of internal documentation, SOPs, and system procedures
- Monitor recurring issues and help identify opportunities to improve system workflows and processes

DUTIES
- Identify and assess investment opportunities in companies across several sub‑sectors of U.S. Tech & Consumer across private and public stages.
- Evaluate, conduct due diligence, and execute investments.

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong exposure to the Industrial or Communications sectors.
Hands-on experience modernizing data ecosystems, including migrating from legacy on-premise platforms to modern cloud-native or hybrid cloud architectures.
Deep expertise with major cloud platforms and their data/analytics stacks, including implementation experience with:

The Department of History is generating an applicant pool of qualified instructors to teach courses in all areas of History (Africa, Ancient Greece & Rome, Byzantine, Early Modern Europe, East Asia, North America, Jewish, Late Modern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, Soviet Union, Medieval Europe, Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and other various needs), pending openings. Currently identified openings are in Africa, Europe and the Atlantic World 1650-1850, and the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine. This pool includes assignments to teach courses in the history of science, technology, and medicine, including courses that are offered together with Science, Technology, and Society (STS) and/or Data Science.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties may include holding regular office hours, calculating grades, advising students, preparing course materials, managing GSIs, and attending appropriate meetings/orientations, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:
IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM): Own the vendor security review process. You will assess third-party vendors to ensure compliance with the firm's standards, requiring understanding of our core business processes, attention to detail, and the persistence to chase down answers. Obtain and meticulously review SOC reports (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2) for critical third-party service providers, evaluating their adherence to 'Complementary Controls at User Entities' and ensuring our internal alignment.
- Client & Regulatory Due Diligence: Support the completion of external security questionnaires. You will articulate BTIG’s security posture to institutional clients and regulators, translating technical controls into clear, professional narratives.

- Policy Development: Assist in drafting and maintaining information security policies and procedures.

Compensation:
- BTIG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
- The current estimated base salary range for this role is $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.

Qualifications:
- AAS or BS in IT, telecom or electrical design or related field and a minimum of ten (8) years of project management and client management experience, plus ten (8) years of experience in the design of communication and/or security systems, or an equivalent combination of related work experience, training and/or education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is required.
- Experience in managing and/or producing designs in Revit is a required.
- BICSI RCDD or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- PMI Project Management Certification is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured automobile.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proficient use of standard office equipment including computers, telephones, printers, scanners, plotters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD applications.
