Technical Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Execute intermediate configuration changes in Enablon:
  • Creating/modifying forms, fields, indicators
  • Updating calculation rules and mapping logic
  • Adjusting/correcting integrated and manual data entry setup

Manage complex data upload/review workflows:

  • Multi-sheet or multi-source data integration

Troubleshoot non-critical system issues:

  • Calculation errors, data flow inconsistencies
  • Field-level or module level logic issues

Support emission inventory preparation by:

  • Running emission calculations (using existing rules)
  • Validating emissions factors, activity data, boundaries
  • Producing draft QA/QC reports
  • Document configuration changes and contribute to version management
  • Provide support to end users and internal teams

Skills & Experience:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience with Environmental related software, workflows, and reporting


Understanding of Green House Gases and Emissions Inventory environmental calculations and accounting principles:

  • Scope 1, 2 data
  • Activity data types: fuel, electricity, refrigerants, combustion
  • Competency with structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Intermediate Excel expertise:
  • PowerQuery or advanced functions a plus
  • Ability to build structured documentation

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Enablon AQS module configurations and calculation engines, or similar software, metrics modules in Enablon
  • Ability to translate regulatory change into system logic
  • Strong background in enterprise system integration and data governance
