Primary Job Function

Dawson has partnered with a Columbus-based corporation to assist in finding a Social Media Design - Content Creator. The role is part of the Strategic Services Team within their creative agency. It is made up of highly skilled and collaborative cross-functional partners that work together to solve complex problems in innovative ways and create experiences that delight.


The Social Media Design - Content Creator will be responsible for planning and producing high-quality content across various social media platforms to drive business objectives and engage our brand’s target audiences. This role involves creating visually appealing and compelling social content in the form of images, videos, reels, infographics, etc. that align with our brand identities and marketing goals.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, etc).
  • Conceptualize, shoot, design, write, and edit engaging social media content with ability to iterate and execute ideas quickly.
  • Collaborate with the social media experience team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitive activities, tools, and applications, and apply best practices to enhance content performance and drive content creation efficiencies.
  • Adjust content strategies based on content performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.


Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging social media content across social platforms.
  • Proficiency in social content creation tools and software, such as native in-app creative tools as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Premiere Pro, Firefly).

Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

  • Responds to all RRTs (Rapid Response calls), Code Blue, Code Sepsis, and Code Stroke
  • Will take on the role of educator and provides support and education to staff as needed
  • Communicates daily with each charge nurse to identify high risk patients
  • Rounds on all medical-surgical units every two hours to address MEWS scores and questions and/or concerns of staff.
  • Assesses all “at risk” patients as identified by MEWS score increases
  • Monitors surgery schedule and rounds on any “at risk” post op patients
  • Facilitates debriefings/critiques post codes
  • Enters RRT data and creates monthly reports using excel, reports data to appropriate committees
  • Completes 24 hours post RRT/Code Blue follow up and documentation
  • Leads anient complaints to appropriate Unit Managers
  • Utilizes chd facilitates RRT/Code Blue Committee
  • Refers patain of command to ensure appropriate action is taken
  • Facilitates a staff satisfaction feedback system for RRT

 Director of Facilities Management position qualifications:

  • Must have at least five years experience in a healthcare setting, such as a skilled nursing facility, personal care/assisted living facility, or preferably, a Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Master Plumber will coordinate and execute all plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance requirements for our resort facilities. Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in the Role:

1. Demonstrates competency in all areas of computerized tomography (CT), positioning, procedure preparation, and technical factors associated with the CT Systems. Will display knowledge in the use of all other equipment used in CT Scan such as: power injectors, stereotactic biopsy equipment, biopsy and drainage needles and devices, and any other devices/equipment used in CT.

2. Responsible for the proper use of the Radiology Imaging System, Meditech (scheduling exams, patient tracking, Image tracking, proper completion of exams, capture charges).

3. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

4. Will follow safety policies and procedures applicable to the job, recognizes impending crisis situations and institutes measures (such as adjusting priorities) to prevent further complications and makes a report to their supervisor.

5. Maintains cleanliness and inventory of the CT rooms to include equipment and facilities. Will follow proper disinfection techniques, restocks supplies as necessary, carts or work area will be cleaned and stocked at the completion of each shift.

6. Must be able to complete assignments independently and to work as part of a team; to take instructions from supervisors or team lead, to exercise problem-solving skills; and to interact with co-workers, supervisors, patients, vendors and the public in a professional and pleasant manner

11. Will facilitate and participate in current and future Radiology Department Dosewatch monitoring and implement changes accordingly. Employees shall assist in collection of data, reviewing and revising the dosewatch program to be in compliance with accrediting agencies, hospital goals, departmental Policies and Procedures. All employees shall demonstrate knowledge and responsibility for ongoing CT Radiation safety measures
