Working directly with and mentored by senior managers, Senior Operations Analyst uses analytics to solve cross-functional strategic problems and drives process improvement throughout the organization. He/she will work with manufacturing, product development, merchandising, sales and installation teams to identify and root-cause major operation issues and suggest projects to improve quality, logistics, operations and customer experience. About the Role
At Ariat, we are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and forward-thinking Sr. Director of Strategy to develop and support the execution of our go-to-market strategy. The role will report to the Vice President of Strategy & Analytics, and serve as a key strategic partner to the Senior Leadership Team and the broader organization.

Bowhead seeks a Senior Operations Manager to join our team in providing program management support in a broad range of services to the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) and assisting our US Navy clients in the execution of the SIOP mission. SIOP is chartered with modernizing the infrastructure at the four public shipyards in Pearl Harbor HI, Puget Sound WA, Kittery ME, and Portsmouth VA. This position is in support of the Washington Navy Yard.
The Senior Operations Manager at the WNY supports the SIOP Executive Team by helping to develop policy, strategic direction and briefings for the PEO, Congressional inquiries, ASN, NAVFAC and other internal and external stakeholders. This position is an integral liaison between SIOP Executive Leadership, the Shipyard Directors, and other organization. The Senior Operations Manager prepares reports, briefings, and audits to monitor and improve operations effectiveness across the SIOP program. This position acts on behalf of the SIOP Executive Team, and with the Bowhead SIOP Program Manager, to coordinate communication between different Divisions and Shipyard functions. A bachelor's degree is required, masters degree is preferred. The Senior Operations Manager at the WNY reports directly to the Bowhead SIOP Program Manager with daily on-site interaction with WNY SIOP Executive Team Leaders and Division Managers to ensure that project and department milestones and goals are met adhering to approved budgets. About the Role:

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute (or Help) solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis (SPS) and downstream processing (cleavage, deprotection, desalting).
- Purify and polish oligonucleotides using OPC, analytical and preparative HPLC/UHPLC, and UPLC; perform buffer exchange and concentration via TFF.
- Develop and optimize purification methods and in-process controls to improve yield, purity, and throughput.
- Perform analytical characterization (UHPLC/LC–MS, UV–Vis); compile CoAs, batch records, and data summaries.
