Summary of Position
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise IAM program. This role oversees the design, governance, and enforcement of policies and technologies that secure identities and access across all systems, applications, and cloud environments. The IAM Program Lead protects sensitive information and critical assets by managing the full identity lifecycle and enforcing secure, least privileged access.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute on a comprehensive enterprise IAM program and multiyear roadmap aligned to organizational goals.
Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures that meet legal, regulatory, and industry best practice requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access.
Continuously improve IAM processes to address evolving security threats.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and legal teams to investigate and remediate incidents.
Support the design, deployment, and enforcement of IAM technologies-including identity governance, authentication services, SSO/MFA, directories, and privileged access tools.
Ensure adherence to security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust principles, and regulatory requirements.
Regularly evaluate and enhance IAM capabilities across identity lifecycle, governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access domains.
Partner with stakeholders across business, IT, cloud, and security teams to promote IAM best practices and optimize user experience.
Maintain awareness of emerging IAM technologies, threats, and trends to sustain a modern, resilient IAM program.
Qualifications Expected for Position
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in the Identity Security or IAM domain.
Handson experience across IAM and PAM platforms, including Privileged Access Management tools and Identity Governance & Administration solutions such as SailPoint.
Strong understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, MFA processes, SSO, identity federation, and IAM authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos).
Experience designing and implementing role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and enterprise access provisioning strategies.
Experience implementing IAM and PAM capabilities across cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, with familiarity in Zero Trust principles including Identity, Device Posture, application access & continuous verification.
Knowledge of modern IAM trends and security practices.
Experience with DevSecOps aligned automation, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
Bonus Qualifications
Strong strategic thinking and ability to bring best practices, insights, and innovations to technical and business discussions.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for stakeholders at all levels.

The base salary range for this position is$85,000 - $105,000. What you'll do:

The Internal Identity & Access Management (I2AM) team is responsible for critical production infrastructure that provides a foundational notion of Identity and strong authentication and authorization controls across Pinterest. Our backend is primarily written in Golang, Python with some C++ while our frontend tools are written in React and TypeScript. We're looking for an experienced software engineer who will help us build robust tooling to define and evaluate access controls across production infrastructure. - Help shape our identity and authorization controls for users, services and AI Agents.
- Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical software that will help us deliver robust IAM infrastructure and libraries to our customers.

- Lead the implementation of modern identity standards, including OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth 2.0, supporting a variety of use cases such as web applications, mobile applications, B2B integrations, and service-to-service communication.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations with Okta, enabling application onboarding, federation, and secure access to protected resources in alignment with organizational identity standards.
- Partner closely with architecture, platform, security, and product teams to define and evolve standard authentication and authorization patterns, ensuring consistency, scalability, and security across the enterprise.
- Document identity architectures, integration patterns, and operational guidance, enabling development teams and platform teams to efficiently onboard applications and troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
- Responsible for one or more applications, working with Business Systems Manager and Business Analyst counterparts on planning and delivering code changes to production, ensuring teams work on schedule.
- Provide business and project expertise when collaborating with clients, IT resources, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders to identify the user requirements, assess technologies, recommend and implement technical solutions.
- Participate in estimation process.
- Responsible for source code development; create technical documentation; utilize software configuration, version and quality management processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform physical, visual, and analytical inspection/sampling of incoming raw materials and packaging components in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sampling plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of inspections following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP regulations.
- Label and manage the status of materials in the warehouse, including Quarantine, Released, or Rejected.
- Utilize laboratory equipment (e.g., balances, pH meters, moisture analyzers, infrared spectrometers, endotoxin) to verify identity and purity.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials to QA and Procurement. Initiate deviations or material rejection reports when necessary.

Purpose Statement
Under general supervision, performs a variety of complex technical and administrative duties relating to the support of the Plant Manager and the Steering Team.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Acts as receptionist greeting all visitors courteously, determining their needs while contacting the appropriate Rich’s Team Member.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Plant Manager/ Human Resources Department; compose and type letters, memoranda, newsletters and other correspondence related to assigned human resources programs and activities; prepare a variety of reports including technical reports and status reports pertaining to operations, human resource management programs and activities.
- Ensures office runs smoothly by keeping supplies in stock, designing filing systems, filing paperwork, working with vendors, planning events, maintaining calendar of events, processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and making sure the office area is organized, clean and customer ready.
- Coordinates meeting resources such as assigning/scheduling meetings, ordering lunches, scheduling meeting rooms, organizing A/V requirements and gathering materials.
- Key contact person for vendors of Associate uniforms, vending or other supplies.
- Assists Steering Team with various tasks and will be cross trained in these functions as necessary.
- Provides support throughout the recruitment, new hire and termination process. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: intake of requisitions, data entry, scheduling hourly interviews, intake of new hire evaluations, creating offer letters, scheduling physicals, audiograms and drug screens.
- Monitors completion of compliance onboarding paperwork. Provides support throughout the termination process ensuring that the termination checklist is completed by managers.
- Processes and enters accurate data into various data management systems accurately for operations and human resources. Process, verifies and maintains personnel action forms, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications and employee leaves of absence.
- Explains general terms and conditions of employment to associates and department representatives; conduct initial new employee orientation for purposes of ensuring appropriate completion of compliance training and delivering the customer experience.
- Leads Activity Team by coordinating and leading events from start to finish while keeping our associates engaged through those activities by scheduling and leading meetings with associates.
- Performs other related responsibilities as needed to support Rich Products Corporation Business Objectives.
- Maintains plant and office bulletin boards ensuring they are up-to-date and in legal compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Must have a high school diploma, associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 3 years administrative experience.
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is expected. Individual must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques as they are constantly introduced into this environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment. Individual must possess the maturity to deal with matters of a highly confidential nature.
