• Ensure the adoption of secure consumer identity and access management (CIAM) practices with low friction consumer onboarding and identity verification while validating strong authentication, account recovery, and authorization flows.
• Develop implementation frameworks and promote adoption of phishing resistant authentication for consumer and clinical use cases.
• Assess security of Device to Device (D2D) identity mechanisms within connected medical devices, including mTLS, secure provisioning, hardware rooted identity, secure firmware validation, and device authorization flows.
• Evaluate Service to Service (S2S) workload identity models, token exchange flows, secure API authentication, and Zero Trust segmentation to protect backend and ecosystem integrations.
• Develop and maintain secure session management standards covering session authentication, token lifecycle controls, timeout and re authentication policies, session integrity protections, and secure storage of session credentials.
• Validate identity and authentication controls for external partners, vendor platforms, and ecosystem integrations to ensure secure interoperability with product solutions.
• Evaluate trust relationships established via SAML, OIDC, and OAuth federation to ensure proper configuration and token integrity.
• Participate in threat modeling activities focused on authentication flows, credential misuse scenarios, and ecosystem trust boundaries.
• Support teams in identifying identity and access management risks and recommending effective mitigations.
• Define requirements for identity‑related security logging, anomaly detection, and telemetry to support monitoring of authentication, authorization, and device trust events.
• Perform IAM maturity assessments across product lines and recommend strategic improvements to identity architectures, trust boundaries, and credential governance.
• Develop and maintain reusable IAM reference architectures, threat models, and design blueprints to support consistent, secure identity implementations across product teams.
• Work closely with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and external partners to ensure consistent application of IAM standards and secure design patterns across product teams.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing authentication and authorization content for FDA cybersecurity submissions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills: - 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, identity architecture, access management, cybersecurity, or technology PCB work
• Establish and maintain product cybersecurity standards
• Hands on experience assessing CIAM platforms and identity federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)

Summary of Position

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise IAM program. This role oversees the design, governance, and enforcement of policies and technologies that secure identities and access across all systems, applications, and cloud environments. The IAM Program Lead protects sensitive information and critical assets by managing the full identity lifecycle and enforcing secure, least privileged access.

• Execute on a comprehensive enterprise IAM program and multiyear roadmap aligned to organizational goals.

Qualifications Expected for Position

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in the Identity Security or IAM domain.

• Handson experience across IAM and PAM platforms, including Privileged Access Management tools and Identity Governance & Administration solutions such as SailPoint.

• Strong understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, MFA processes, SSO, identity federation, and IAM authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos).

• Experience designing and implementing role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and enterprise access provisioning strategies.

• Experience implementing IAM and PAM capabilities across cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, with familiarity in Zero Trust principles including Identity, Device Posture, application access & continuous verification.

• Knowledge of modern IAM trends and security practices.

• Experience with DevSecOps aligned automation, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer on the Simulation and Test Systems team, you will be instrumental in testing and deploying autonomous aircraft software. • Provide EVV Compliance training to Tempus operations teams and other individuals as necessary
• Review EVV job aids, FAQs, scripts and training content for compliance accuracy

Risk Management

• Identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and reduce/eliminate inefficiencies.

Competencies

• Strong understanding of compliance governance, auditing and regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess data and processes and articulate insights
• Experience leading a process and implementing continuous improvement—including researching root causes and implementing changes
• Ability to maintain and communicate in-depth knowledge of the MassHealth Compliance standards and regulations
• Experience with data tools (Excel and PowerBI)

• Methodical and diligent, outstanding planning abilities

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional, friendly & understanding personality
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as a team member
• Self-motivated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Public Administration, Health Administration, Social Services, Business or related field)
• 5-7 years' experience in compliance, healthcare administration, Medicaid, home and community-based services or similar environment
