Position Overview:The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
Essential Job Functions:- Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
- Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
- Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
- Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
- Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats

- Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
- Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
- Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
- Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
- Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years
- Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned to this position and document these activities for periodic review by the Laboratory Supervisor and/or the Laboratory Director
- Perform duties as ER Technician as needed

- Maintain auditready accuracy in all teller work and branch support tasks.
Team Collaboration & Community Engagement:
- Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
- Support community outreach efforts and represent Nicolet in local engagement activities.
- Assist with branch operations needs such as supplies, scheduling coverage, or special projects.

Job highlights
The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the personโs health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). Youโll use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests or alter peopleโs current treatment regimen.ย

Be part of our efforts to visit millions of people nationwide with the goal of providing connections to the right care for peopleโs unique needs
Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague, fulfilling the requirements of the specified role
Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as neededย
Conduct virtual visits as needed
Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)

As an in-home health clinician, your primary workplace is the private residence of our members. We are dedicated to providing care wherever our members call home. These environments are diverse and may present a variety of conditions. Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

This pay range represents the base pay for each In-Home Health Evaluation (and associated visit) completed by a physician.ย The number of In-Home Health Evaluations (and associated visits) completed per day may vary. Pay is dependent on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant criteria.ย This position is eligible for other reimbursement opportunities, including pay per completed Diagnostic and Preventative Services (DPS), as ordered, in addition to the base pay listed above.
