implementing comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives as well as identifying and targeting new markets and potential

Primary Responsibilities:

* Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

* Market Expansion: Identify and target new markets and potential customers to increase revenue and market share.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
• 5+ years solar sales industry-related experience required.
• Passionate about providing ethical solar financing solutions.
• Strong network in the solar industry and excellent business development skills.
• Superior communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to warehouse activities, personnel, and equipment. Provides information and makes necessary adjustments for stock and inventory control; coordinates adjustments with receiving, order processing and inventory control areas. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assisting managing the day-to-day performance and progress.

• Lead and implement the company’s HSE strategy across renewable energy projects in Ireland and Europe
• Ensure compliance with Irish and European health and safety legislation including Construction Regulations, PUWER, LOLER and associated directives
• Manage and maintain HSE management systems including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 across all project locations
• Carry out internal and external HSE audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
• Provide guidance to project teams on RAMS, risk assessments, permit to work systems and safe work planning
• Drive a positive safety culture across project teams and subcontractors with a focus on behavioural safety
• Develop and maintain HSE performance reporting and KPIs across multiple European projects
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver training and mentoring for site managers, engineers and supervisors on key safety topics

• 8 to 10 years experience in health and safety within construction, utilities, power generation or renewable energy projects
• Strong background working on wind farms, solar farms, battery storage or grid infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Experience managing health and safety across multiple sites and jurisdictions within the EU
• Proven experience implementing and managing ISO 45001 safety management systems
• Excellent knowledge of Irish and European health and safety legislation and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $114,300 - $139,700 annually. The Project Developer or Senior Project Developer will lead the development of commercial and industrial solar, storage, and EVSE projects across the United States, from project mandate through internal handoff to construction. Level and title will be determined based on the candidate's experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project development in the C&I space, with Senior Project Developer candidates demonstrating deeper experience leading complex, multi-technology projects independently. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Programs and is supported by the Account Management, Engineering, Financing, Legal, and Construction teams at PowerFlex to deliver turnkey, multi-technology solutions.

A successful Project Developer or Senior Project Developer will effectively lead project teams through development strategy, interconnection approval, site feasibility analysis, costing and pricing, contract execution, and project finance closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development of projects from customer award to NTP

Qualifications
Education/Experience

• Experience using financial modeling skills to perform financial analysis and modeling for project evaluation and decision-making

The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Title and compensation will be determined based on experience and may align to either the Project Developer or Senior Project Developer level. As PowerFlex intern you willbe responsible forworking alongside the Execution team. The intern will be exposed to all aspects of commercial solar,EVSEand storage projects including business development, project financing, project engineering, with a focus on solar project construction management and operations.

Location
This role will be a hybrid position based out of our Los Angeles Office and the selected candidate will be expected to be in-person 3 days a week. We will only be able to consider applicants who are local to Los Angeles or are willing to relocate. Please note that relocation expenses will not be covered by the company.

Working Schedule
We are seeking a part-time intern (30 hours a week) for a 12-week program, we are flexible on a 4 or 5 day a week schedule.

Responsibilities

• 65% - Project Operations
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Project Engineers on multiple aspects of a solar project from the permitting & bidding stage throughout closeout and hand off to asset management
  • Arrange material deliveries, equipment Purchase Orders, and support subcontractor management
  • Support Project Management with preparing construction related documentatione.g.submittals, bid packages, contractor licenses, safety documentation
  • Coordinate inspection requestse.g.roof, QA/QC, and safety inspections
  • Prepare client-facing project materialse.g.client kick-off, close-out decks, and milestone tracking
• 35% - Data Management
  • Unify and synthesize currentportfolio-level data, to be implemented in future state of digital platforms
  • Unify and synthesize historical project data to strengthen data accuracy across digital platforms
  • Support the continuous improvement initiatives to streamline project operations

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Operations team, based in Richmond, California. This role is ideal for a developing, hands-on manufacturing engineer who enjoys working directly in production environments and supplier facilities. Unlike a purely internal manufacturing role, this engineer will serve as the “eyes and ears” of the Manufacturing Operations team, spending significant time in the field supporting suppliers, qualifying tooling and production lines, auditing manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality and operational readiness across our supply base. The ideal candidate will bring experience in one or more core manufacturing processes such as metal stamping, machining, sheet metal fabrication, casting, extrusion, or cold heading, with strong preference for metal stamping in high-volume production environments. This role requires adaptability, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in smaller, fast-moving manufacturing environments with limited structure or support. This position is hybrid and best suited for candidates local to the Bay Area, with frequent travel (approximately 30–40%) to supplier and manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing and supply‑chain activities for renewable energy projects across the U.S. You’ll help source critical equipment, manage supplier communications, and coordinate logistics for large‑scale solar and energy storage (BESS) developments.

What You’ll Do

The Opportunity:
The University of Central Florida (UCF) department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering invites enthusiastic applications from highly motivated and talented individuals for a Postdoctoral Scholar position with focus on experimental testing of high-temperature materials, solar receivers, and thermochemical reactors. The Post Doctoral Scholar will be supported by a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) funded three-year project, focusing on the design and lab-scale testing of high-temperature thermochemical reactors for solar and other renewable energy conversion and storage. The scholar will co-lead a collaborative research team with members from three universities, one clean energy start-up company, and a DOE national laboratory (Sandia) for a prototype reactor development and demonstration. The scholar will also help Dr. Li organize group meetings, co-mentor graduate and undergraduate students, and publish high-impact scientific journal articles and conference papers.
