POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently. Will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel, coordinating projects, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality within the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Delegate Maintenance Technician's work list and assure it is completed in a safe and timely manner.
- Schedule groundskeeping as needed including mowing, trimming, spraying, snowplowing, and general site upkeep.
- Oversee maintenance on most plant processing equipment including routine and preventative maintenance.
- Schedule and order supplies as needed for new equipment installs and oversee site during installs.
- Making sure all exterior and interior repairs are scheduled or completed as needed
- Ensure all plant processes are operating mechanically to plant standards and expectations
- Assist in planning of new equipment installs
- Conduct bi-weekly safety meetings with maintenance personnel on various topics and document meetings with signatures from all attendees.
- Perform any disciplinary action of maintenance employees as needed, along with scheduling and approving vacations and all other personnel issues.
- Must pass all tests and verifications for: LOTO, pallet jack, forklift, scissor lift, Ammonia system, confined spaces, and electrical safety (Arc flash)
- Must possess a “hands on” approach with maintenance staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong management skills with a focus on leadership and team development.
- Proficient in programmable logic controllers (PLC) and industrial automation systems.
- Solid understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems, including high voltage applications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to effectively oversee maintenance initiatives.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
- Previous supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking multiple Machinist Assemblers Precision to join our Machinist departments in either Seattle, WA or Tukwila, WA .

Machinists in this position participate in the design, fabrication and assembly of various production and research projects. Using a variety of precision machines (e.g., lathes, grinders, EDM, CNC and milling machines) to support aircraft engineering and production groups.

Position Responsibilities:
Perform bench work (e.g., drilling, honing, tapping, reaming) on production and experimental parts, as required
Assemble parts using rivets and bolts with correct tools such as rivet squeeze, lock bolt puller, rivet gun and bucking bar, power screwdriver, or ratchet per engineering requirements
Lay-out, plan and sequence machining operation
Analyze and interpret drawings, sketches, blueprints and verbal instructions to determine work to be performed on detailed precision parts (e.g., aircraft castings, fixtures, tools, shop aids)
Use shop math, geometry and/or trig to calculate dimensions
Determine/obtain raw material to be used (e.g., brass, aluminum, steel, composites, and wood) for machining or fabrication per drawing or customer requirements

Role Purpose

The PM Associate will strengthen Talley LLP’s operational and PMO capabilities by providing clear visibility into performance, utilization, and execution across professional services teams. This role supports firm leadership through data-driven insights, dashboard reporting, and project coordination, while helping scale Talley’s operational infrastructure within a time-and-billing professional services environment.


What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)

A successful PMO Associate will:

  • Deliver accurate, actionable dashboards tracking employee performance and utilization
  • Improve leadership visibility into month-to-date, year-to-date, and budget vs. actual performance
  • Support the smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives without creating operational bottlenecks
  • Establish greater structure and discipline in operational reporting
  • Reduce friction between leadership, operations, and service teams through clear communication and follow-through


Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain employee performance dashboards (utilization, productivity, trends)
  • Support PMO initiatives by tracking projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assist leadership with resource planning, utilization tracking, and capacity analysis
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational initiatives across audit, tax, legal, and administrative teams
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting and analytics to support operational decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Support time-and-billing environments (hourly, time & materials), including related documentation and reporting


Required Experience

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Experience within a CPA firm, legal firm, or professional services organization
  • Background in operations, PMO, or administrative leadership
  • Hands-on experience supporting professionals who bill time
  • Proven ability to build or maintain performance dashboards and operational reporting
  • Comfort working directly with senior leadership and handling sensitive data
  • Exposure to or direct experience applying AI tools beyond simple drafting and/or proof-reading emails or word documents.


Technical & Analytical Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (required)
  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Power BI experience (highly preferred)
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, executive-level insights


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Lean Six Sigma / Six Sigma training or certification
  • Formal project management training
  • Background in professional service (or legal) firm operations

Responsibilities Duties:


  • Uses feedback from the person doing the work to optimize the work plans.
  • Reviews work orders for technical completeness and returns work orders to gatekeeper, if not complete.
  • Carries out field checks, when needed.
  • Prepares job package and inputs plan into Global Engineering and Maintenance Tracking System (GEMTS) indicating the required resources, materials, and services.
  • Identifies task activities necessary to execute job plan, and identifies materials tools equipment required to perform tasks.
  • Identifies solicits safety information and requirements necessary to safely perform tasks.
  • Supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy by ensuring all job packages include a procedure or the task is on the Procedure Exemption list before the job package is released.
  • Checks that all Maintenance Procedures include a hazard assessment.
  • Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review, as needed.
  • Creates, develops, changes, updates job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure Management of Change (MOC), as required.
