The Role We Want You For

Clayco is currently seeking a Process Preconstruction Manager for our St. Louis, MO office. This is a senior leadership role for our preconstruction team. In this role you will be responsible for high level management of design-build project pursuits and preconstruction efforts across business units. You will work collaboratively with the VP of Preconstruction and other Preconstruction team members. You will provide expertise across all Business Units, working with Business Unit Leaders, Project Executives, and Senior Management.


The Specifics of the Role

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level SAR Signal & Image Processing Engineer (Level 2 or 3) to join the Kent Space SEIT team located in Kent, WA (Seattle, WA). This position will focus on developing radar analysis and algorithms in a mission-critical environment that directly empowers our defensive capabilities. You will develop and validate requirements for Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) systems, perform trade studies, design and run tests to verify performance, support engineering compliance, and provide lifecycle root-cause analysis. Work is performed under general direction with contributions to proposals as needed.

This role emphasizes algorithm design and software implementation: develop and evaluate radar algorithms (signal and image processing, detection, tracking, imaging) and translate them into production-ready code. Proficiency in Python or C++ for algorithm development, prototyping, and data analysis is required; experience with signal and image processing toolsets, real-time software constraints, requirements tracing, and test-program design is highly valued. Strong analytical, communication, and customer-focused skills with a commitment to quality and safety are essential.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and test radar algorithms and translate analytic designs into production-ready code using Python (and other languages as needed)
  • Perform trade studies to evaluate algorithm and system performance; iterate designs based on results and test data
  • Participate in customer meetings, capture requirements and feedback, and provide technical support for operational tools and deployments.
  • Support agile software development practices: write user stories, participate in sprints, review code, and deliver incremental capability updates.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Coordinate pilot production / pre-release manufacturing.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering to release new processes and equipment into production.

The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for performing delegated activities to support the operating room team in the care of the surgical patient. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Core Charge RN, and Core Supervisor, the Sterile Processing Technician prepares and delivers medical/surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures. The Sterile Processing Technician cleans, packages, and processes surgical equipment and instrumentation, as well as maintains inventory and storage of supplies in the core. The Sterile Processing Technician manages multiple computer applications to assist with sterilization tracking and processes. Responsible to operate and troubleshoot power equipment to process instruments (i.e. autoclaves, washer disinfector, ultrasonic cleaners).


Qualifications

Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certification as a Central Processing Technician (CRCST) within 18 months of hire.

Additional Qualifications:

Prefer two years of experience in the handling and sterilization processing of surgical/medical/dental instrumentation within the past four years, or vocational certificate as Central Service Technician or Patient Care Assistant within the last two years. As an independent contractor, you will provide services that adhere to nationally recognized standards while collaborating with both military and civilian healthcare professionals in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Emergency Medical Care:Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent and emergent conditions.Manage acute situations and perform advanced procedures (e.g., intubations, central lines, resuscitations).Patient Management:Oversee care from admission to discharge and collaborate on individualized care plans.Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care.Clinical Documentation:Maintain accurate patient records per AR 40-66 standards.Document all clinical interactions and ensure timely completion of medical records.Procedural Competency:Perform various emergency procedures, including medication administration, wound care, and fracture management.Utilize advanced airway management techniquesShift Hours and Schedule:Shift Length: Emergency Medical Officers will work shifts of either 9 or 12 hours, depending on departmental needs.Shift Times:9 hours: 12 hours: Minimum Shift Requirement:Physicians must work a minimum of four shifts per month, with at least one shift every 30 days to maintain active access credentials (CAC).Qualifications:Citizenship: Must be a U.S.
