As an Implementation Specialist, you’re the go-to person helping new customers get up and running with Unishippers. You’ll partner with our sales team and their clients to figure out what they need, set everything up, walk them through the tools, and be their main support for the first 30 days so they actually use and love the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Consultation
- Hop on calls with clients to really understand how they work and what they need so we can set them up with a solution that actually fits.
- Be their main point of contact during implementation so they always know who to go to.
Setup
- Customize the platform (Unishippers’ CRM, Salesforce, and/or third-party shipping tools) based on each customer’s workflow.
- Help move their data from old systems into the new ones so everything transitions smoothly.
- Run initial tests to make sure everything works as expected and that pricing/ratings are coming through correctly.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Lead live, hands-on training sessions for clients and end users on MyUnishippers.
- Stick with them after go-live as their go-to support person, handling questions and issues during the first 30 days.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work side-by-side with sales, billing, customer success, and account management to keep implementations on track.
- Share regular updates on each client’s status through a weekly Activation Report.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
- Spot potential roadblocks early and get in front of them so the client’s launch stays smooth.
- Troubleshoot and fix any technical issues that pop up.
Post-Implementation Support
- Keep supporting clients after launch to make sure they’re happy and getting value from the platform.
- Collect feedback and pass along insights to help improve both the implementation process and the product.

Responsibilities:

2. Must have experience with with Fanuc (ie. SpotTool+ & V9.40 for the R30iB Plus robot controller) **if they have certification only experience, that is fine!
3. Must be willing to work onsite in Warsaw, IN 6 days/week
Schedule:
- 6 days on, 12 hour shifts. They will work overtime (time and a half)

REQ OVERVIEW:
In this role, you will be supporting integration and commissioning efforts for a high-volume automotive manufacturer in northern Indiana. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics, body applications, and special means build. The successful candidate will play a critical role in programming, touch-ups, commissioning support, and quality collaboration during pre-commissioning and launch phases. You will be responsible for the following:
- Develop, modify, and optimize Fanuc robot programs for body shop applications
- Perform robot teaching, touch-ups, and recovery in active production and pre-commissioning environments
- Configure robot frames, tools, payloads, and TCPs to meet process and quality requirements
- Support rapid program adjustments during special means build
- Support robot cell star-up, offline system work, and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot robot alarms, motion issues, and sequence ladder logic under tight timelines
- Provide on-floor support during peak programming and commissioning periods
- Collaborate closely with Quality teams to resolve process issues
- Perform touch-ups and refinements to improve weld quality, part accuracy, and repeatability
- Support containment actions and fast-turn engineering changes during builds
- Coordinate with controls teams to validate I/O, interlocks, and basic handshaking
- Follow all safety procedures during programming and floor support
- Work safely in active manufacturing and commissioning environments
Title: User Experience (UX) Designer
Location: San Francisco, CA Hybrid (Candidate must be local)

As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you independently complete end-to-end tasks that are integrated into an overarching project or program. You accomplish this by proactively identifying, defining, and communicating problems within the project or product team(s), and deliver practical and/or creative ways to fix them. You have a working knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools. You work with minimal guidance to complete work such as: analyzing or anticipating user needs, identifying product or platform requirements, iteratively improving design solutions based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input, and creating innovative design solutions to defined user, product, and business problems. You demonstrate the ability to build design tools and deliver outputs including the product or platform. This includes the ability to question the execution and craft to assess how well-considered the design work is for appropriateness, longevity, collaboration, and scaling.
Responsibilities include:
- Create design concepts (e.g., mock-ups, prototypes, models) for informing product ideation and user research/testing or conduct research independently to inform design.
